Not perfect, but still amazing!
I've been using Google Workspace for over a decade, and it's just an excellent product, and they keep improving it. However, they seem to change their mind too often. "Here's Duo, use it for video conferencing. Here's Hangouts, use it to chat. Psych! Now it's Meet and Chat."
Pros
When it comes to team collaboration, Google Workspace is the best in the business. Teams can collaborate live editing documents together, using chat within those documents, and everything is just intuitive.
Cons
While the collaboration is amazing, the productivity suite just isn't MS Office. They're close, but just lagging in features. The Google Sheets formulas aren't quite the same as Excel, the formatting options of Google Docs aren't as robust as Word, etc.

Simplify your work with Google Workspace.
Pros
The best thing about Google Workspace is its simplicity. It allows users to have everything in one place with its easy access to all Google Apps combing collaboration, organization, communication and productivity. The best thing is that it has a version for Education that is offered generously free of charge to institutions.
Cons
I love Google Workspace because it has made my job easier as an education leader. It would be great if the format of the documents in Google Docs remains the same when downloaded as it changes in some instances.

All of Google for professionals
As a professional or business owner, it's essential, but I believe it could definitely be improved for the "little guys".
Pros
It's fairly easy to set up and create a workspace, and the default settings and apps are very good value. Getting access to the entire Google ecosystem in a professional capacity is a great boon to productivity.
Cons
Unfortunately there is not a "basic" or "simple" Workspace setup; you're treated the same whether you're an independent contractor, or a multi-million dollar company. This makes it pretty difficult to get some things done, as you have to go in and tweak a bunch of deep layered settings, or find out that it's not really supported at all.

Reliable workhorse products
In all, it's positive; I rely on these tools every day for writing, project management, collaboration and creativity.
Pros
The inbox is relatively intuitive and can be adapted to fit your brand/web domain; it's Gmail with your professional branding. You also get Drive, Meet, Google Docs and a few other apps.
I rely on Google Calendar to stay organized with client meetings, conference calls, appointments, etc. Although I use a Mac, it generally integrates well with my computer and software. The automated tools are helpful; the calendar invite system is fairly easy to use.
Google Docs are better, in my opinion, than the competitor products because they're so intuitive and it's easy to invite collaborators.
Cons
Some of the admin dashboards are less intuitive and hide key account settings. I often have to search 'how do I change X setting in Google Workspace?" because it's not readily apparent in the console.

Highly collaborative and versatile suite
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been highly positive. It's a powerful suite that excels in promoting collaboration and productivity across teams, whether working remotely or in-office. The real-time editing and commenting features in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides have streamlined our workflows, reducing the need for excessive emails and speeding up project completion times.
The seamless integration of Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive allows for easy file management, email communication, and scheduling, making it incredibly convenient to switch between tasks without losing momentum. I also appreciate the ability to access everything from anywhere, thanks to its cloud-based system, which is essential in today’s flexible working environments.
However, there are areas where Google Workspace could improve, particularly in offline functionality and providing more advanced features within its apps. Despite these minor limitations, it’s an incredibly reliable and versatile tool that meets most business needs effectively.
In short, Google Workspace is an excellent solution for companies seeking a collaborative and accessible productivity suite, with only a few minor drawbacks.
Pros
The standout feature of Google Workspace is its excellent real-time collaboration tools. Being able to work on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations simultaneously with teammates, while seeing their edits and suggestions in real-time, is a game-changer. This feature reduces the need for back-and-forth emails and ensures everyone stays on the same page.
Cons
The initial free storage is sufficient for most small teams, but as your data grows, the cost of additional storage can add up. Google Drive’s space is shared across all apps, so emails, documents, and files can quickly eat up the storage limit, leading to additional costs for businesses.
Compared to more specialized and established software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Word), Google Sheets and Docs lack some of the more advanced features and formatting options. Though not a major issue for most users, for those needing complex functionalities, it could be limiting.

The seamless integration of Drive for file management, flexible calendar features, and effortless team sharing make collaboration efficient and organized. Whether working remotely or on-site, it’s easy to keep everything in sync, ensuring smooth communication and productivity across the team. A powerful tool for collaboration.
Pros
Google Workspace offers a seamless suite of productivity tools that make collaboration easy and efficient. Real-time editing in Docs, Sheets, and Slides allows teams to work together from anywhere. The integration with Gmail, Calendar, and Drive ensures smooth communication and file management. Google Workspace for Virtual Assistants
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been highly positive, as it serves as a fundamental tool in my virtual assistant business. I appreciate the seamless integration across various applications, which enhances my efficiency and allows for smooth transitions between tasks. The real-time collaboration features in Google Docs and Sheets have significantly improved my ability to work with clients, making it easy to edit and provide feedback instantaneously.
I value Gmail for its powerful email management capabilities, enabling me to stay organized with custom filters and labels. Google Calendar has proven essential for scheduling, particularly when coordinating with clients across different time zones, ensuring that I manage appointments effortlessly.
Google Drive stands out as a reliable platform for document storage and sharing, providing the security and accessibility I need for sensitive files. The ability to manage tasks and notes through Google Tasks and Keep has further streamlined my workflow.
While I have encountered some minor drawbacks—such as occasional lag with large files and limited features in Google Meet—these do not overshadow the overall effectiveness of the suite. The intuitive interface and comprehensive tools allow me to operate efficiently, making Google Workspace an invaluable asset to my business.
Pros
-Seamless Integration between apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, etc.)
-Real-time Collaboration on Docs and Sheets with live editing and commenting
-Secure File Sharing and storage with advanced permission controls
-Task Management through Google Tasks and Keep for staying organized
-Reliable Video Conferencing with Google Meet, easy to use without extra software
-Customizable Email Organization with labels, filters, and multiple inbox options
-Cross-device Accessibility from any location with cloud-based functionality
-Time Zone Adjustments in Calendar for managing meetings with clients globally
-Version History in Docs and Sheets for tracking changes and reverting to previous versions
-Offline Mode for Docs, Sheets, and Drive to work without internet and sync later
-Easy User Management and access control through the Admin Console.
Cons
-Occasional Lag when working with large files in Google Drive.
-Limited Advanced Features in Google Meet compared to other video conferencing platforms (e.g., fewer interactive tools).
-Storage Limits on free or lower-tier plans, potentially requiring upgrades.
-Formatting Limitations in Google Docs and Sheets compared to desktop alternatives like Microsoft Office.
-Complexity for New Users due to the range of apps and settings.
-Inconsistent Offline Mode performance, sometimes leading to syncing issues.
-Basic Task Management in Google Tasks lacks advanced project management features.
-Drive’s Folder Navigation can feel clunky when managing large amounts of files.

Pros
google workspace includes all google products, these products are collaborative with each other .making it easy to work as a team .all apps are easily accessible from any device .I am intrigued by the level of security google provides for each app . example two factor authentication.
Cons
Some Apps can be costly as there is an ongoing subscription to access some of these app, this really does add up over time .also there are some app that are free like Gmail but there is limited storage . For you to access more space it means more money. There is a lack of some formatting options as opposed to some other software . overall it get the job done .

Great for collaboration!
Overall, my experience with Google Workspace has been really positive. It’s user-friendly and makes collaboration super easy, especially with everything in the cloud. I love how seamlessly the apps work together, but there are times when performance slows down with large files or poor internet. Despite that, it’s a reliable and convenient tool for both personal and team use.
Pros
What I liked most about Google Workspace is how easy it is to work together with others. The real-time collaboration in Docs and Sheets is great, and everything being cloud-based means I can access my work from anywhere. Plus, the tools all integrate really well, so switching between email, calendars, and documents is seamless.
Cons
What I liked least about Google Workspace is that it can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially when dealing with large files. Also, the offline functionality isn't as smooth as I’d like—it can be tricky to access documents when the internet is spotty.

Google workspace - worth it
Overall, good. we use the calendar together, too, and it works so well. We can simultaneously schedule things and not get mixed up because it’s really easy to use.
I’ve been using Drive for a very long time and that’s been pretty smooth from computer to computer, too.
Pros
It’s pretty easy to navigate, for one thing.
The best part, for me, is Google Docs.
My wife and I work together and I love how I can write in a document and she can edit it in real time for me while I’m in my office and she’s in here’s. We use it for interview write-ups. I make my his notes and she edits them for me.
Cons
Using Docs as another example, it doesn’t edit super well. I’m finding myself having to capitalize proper nouns all the time, which wastes a lot of time. It also can’t figure out how to autocorrect super simple words, which is weird.

User friendly & functional
Overall, after using Google Workspace at my prior job for 3-1/2 years, then starting my own business using Google Workspace, I would have made the same choice if I were starting over right now. While there are bits and pieces that I hope continue to get better, mainly custom support, it's generally been quite user friendly and intuitive, and a very helpful tool for me, so I would very likely recommend it to a friend if they were in the same situation.
Pros
As a small business, without limited resources, it's helpful to use Google Workspace, specifically Drive, as a central hub for my business files. This enables easy access to files from other computers or phones as needed when I'm away from my computer. The functionality is pretty intuitive for most things, with email, calendar, meet, sheets, docs, and drive being my most used apps. Meet seems to function way smoother than all the other meeting apps I've used, everything syncs easily with my phone, and I've bounced back and forth between a few laptops, so having everything accessible through Google Workspace has made that process pretty easy versus always copying huge numbers of files to a new C: drive each time.
Cons
Custom Support should be better, if it was, I'd rate this product 10/10. When I did run into issues or questions particularly during setup, it seemed like I was just relying on looking things up online which often didn't quite address the issue, or it was more complicated than it should be - there should be dedicated support via phone/meet/chat for users that's easier to access, ideally one who's already paying for a subscription to this service should be able to just schedule a calendar invite with support rather than wading through forum responses which aren't always clear - this would put customer satisfaction through the roof. Regarding my website stats, I wish the information about errors was easier to understand. I had built a website on Squarespace a few years ago, and then rolled the domain into my new business domain which wasn't too hard, and worked pretty seamlessly, but it still could have been clearer. Ultimately, it all worked out, but for a few months, I got regular emails about pages not being crawled/findable by search engines, I think generally tied to the fact that the domain name changed, and it couldn't interpret the fact that it had simply been rolled to a new domain, even though the pages worked - so the errors are like seeing a red flag that make you think something is really wrong, while the language used about how to solve it was beyond my understanding and feels like something that could be automated to work more clearly, or clarified for users who aren't as tech savvy.

Such a great work space for productivity and internal communications
Overall, I have an extremely positive experience with Google Workspace. Its simple, has many useful features, all the separate applications work together very well.
Pros
I love how integrated each component of the workspace is. It all functions so easily together and makes it very simple to share things with colleagues.
Cons
My least favourite thing is that sometimes even though I've given someone access to a worksheet, they don't automatically get access to links in that sheet. I'm sure there's a way to change this, but if there is it's not simple enough

Google Workspace: Functionality that Increases Production
Overall, the experience with Google Workspace has been a good one. It provides some resources and applications that help me quickly tackle day-to-day tasks with an easy-to-navigate interface.
Pros
It integrates a host of production apps, collaboration, and communication tools to aid workflow and business processes. Additionally, it supports several extensions that help keep me productive.
Cons

Efficient, Seamless, and Perfect for Team Collaboration!
My experience with Google Workspace has been overwhelmingly positive. It has transformed the way I work, making collaboration with my team so much easier, regardless of where we are. The platform’s ease of use and accessibility on all devices has streamlined our workflow, saving us time and enhancing productivity. For anyone looking to improve team communication and document management, Google Workspace is a powerful solution that’s well worth considering.
Pros
Google Workspace’s best feature is how seamlessly integrated it is across all its tools. The ability to switch effortlessly between Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and more within a single platform boosts productivity and makes collaboration so much easier. The real-time editing and commenting features are invaluable for team projects, and the cloud storage provides reliable access to files from anywhere. Additionally, Google Workspace’s security and privacy features offer confidence for sensitive work.
Cons
The main downside is that some advanced customization and formatting options, especially in Google Docs and Sheets, are a bit limited compared to desktop software like Microsoft Office. There are also occasional connectivity hiccups when working with large files or across multiple accounts, though these issues are infrequent. Also the cost to emerging SME owners

Review After Several Years of Use
Overall I am very happy to be an user of Google Workspace. Though some improvements are required but overall the features and the apps are next level and very user-friendly.
Pros
The list would be long :D but the following are a few of them -
1. Seamless "e-mail" experience. What I like the most is the simple layout (design).
2. Robust "Drive" to store data and access from anywhere in the world,
3. Excellent integration facility of reminders, events, etc, through "Calendar".
4. Classic apps like Sheets, Docs and Slides. Working online has become super easy. The best part is the access facility from across the globe and different devices.
5. "Forms", is a great way to gather data, do analysis, etc.
6. Lastly, "Meet" app is an inseparable part of my day-to-day meetings. There are many useful apps that come with Google Workspace. I can keep on writing on these as it made my day-to-day work very easy and convenient :D
Cons
It's not that I didn't like but there are a few things where I think that there is an scope of improvement. The following are the same -
1. e-mail - In the e-mail app, the advance search option should have the feature to search the e-mails older than an year.
2. Being a paid user of Workspace, some essential apps like Gemini and YouTube, etc should be provided with a premium account.
3. Google Meet should have some features like having a look at the participants while sharing the screen and ease of sharing a video with sound (through a player).

Google Workspace Friend or Foe?
My overall experience with Google Workspace Is a pleasant one. Especially the ease of use to create emails and to bring other team members on task. I also like the access of the Google apps, the Google Store, and the Google Market I feel that those Integrations are smooth
Pros
One of my favorite features about Google workspace was the ability to easily create other emails for other members on your team. You have a lot of control Of the permissions that you assigned to your teammates in addition to the easy integration of other Google applications at your fingertips. Teammates could also create other email accounts for new teammates. The main administrator would not always have to be in the office creating other emails for new team members so this saved a lot of time!
Cons
Whenever I needed to switch between different Administration profiles and different security passwords It was a bit troublesome and it was not that user friendly. In fact it is a bit clunky and I feel that it should be an easier experience. I feel that the double triple security measures that Google uses for passwords between accounts and its users is way over the top. There have been times where I've been asked for my state ID when the password was correct! These kinds of methods slow things down a lot amongst the administrators and staff when we're trying to get projects done. They have to find another way to implement security that does not make the user feel overwhelmed yet it is efficient enough to keep hackers out.

Our team has used Google Workspace for years and absolutely love how easy it makes collaborating together and with external partners.
Pros
Google Workspace is easy to set up for your whole team and provides essential collaborative tools all in-one place. With email, file sharing, documents, spreadsheets, slides, forms and much more this platform is our must have for getting things done.

Hassle free comes at a cost, and a couple of gotchas.
Overall experience is positive, but the second I get a similar eco-system elsewhere for cheaper, I wouldn't hesitate much.
Pros
The ecoysystem. Everything just works. I have had issues with OneDrive randomly ending file access and team members complaining that the file isn't accessible, however this is not the case with Workspace. It comes with quite a lot of features out of the box to help you run your business, and on top of which, if you are savvy enough with scripting, you can almost run basic, non-TOS breaking transactional emails (think reminders, alerts etc).
Cons
I think it is quite expensive for the price. A major negative is that Google neglects their Workspace customers and gives them a degrading experience if you own Google devices. Many features aren't compatible as opposed to having a regular gmail account and they still haven't addressed this despite being a user for over 12 years.

Google Workspace is the only space you need to work
There is an initial steep learning curve, but like anything else, practice makes progress. You will eventually get it down and everything becomes a lot more clear and easy to manage.
Google has a ton of detailed but succinct documentation available online that walks you through everything step by step. If this is not enough to help you, Google Admin's built in customer support is always available and very helpful. Whenever I have had to reach out to them, I'm usually being helped by a support agent within 5 minutes either via live chat or on the phone. They always resolve my issues and are very good about reaching back out to you if necessary or if communication get interrupted. Google Workspace is a tool I use every single day at work.
Pros
I really love how Google workspace has an application solution for everything. Google Docs, sheets, slides, etc. They have everything from email with Gmail, remote video teleconferencing with Google Meet, or endless cloud storage with Google Drive, they really have everything and do it well.
Cons
The GUI or user interface with Google Admin and Google Workspace can be a little daunting at first. There are so many sections and submenus, you won't turn every dial to accomplish what you need, but they definitely have a knob for everything.

You can't go wrong with Google Workspace for project management
Overall, it has been very satisfying, the tools have been very useful to achieve success in our projects and manage documentation.
Pros
I like how complete the workspace is. We used most of its tools for storing the entire project documentation, manage mail communications and daily chats, schedule team video calls and used Jamboard before it got discontinued.
Cons
One of the Google Workspace tools, Google meets, is very powerful, but lacks the tool to draw in the screen of the person who is sharing screen, to better discuss the project.

The BEST workspace on the market, truly
I love having everything interconnected in the Google Workspace. Gmail, naturally, but also Google Drive, Google Meet, and Google Photos. Use every aspect of it daily at work, and it never lets us down.
Pros
Can't say enough good things about the Google Workspace! So glad this is what we use at our company. Fast, efficient, easy to use -- and exactly what I use in my personal life.
Cons
No cons. Love it! I have used other workspaces in the past at previous jobs, and I'm externally grateful we use Google Workspace here.

Fantastic and Modern Tool
I've been using Google Workspace here and there with my current company and two previous companies as well. I use it for collaborating on documents, collaborating on spreadsheets, hosting company files in the cloud, and sharing processes in need of updates.
Pros
I love how lately I can do tabs in Google Docs. And before that, I loved that I could insert a link to a Google Workspace file and then tab to change the link into a linked button of it's own with the file title.
Cons
I don't love the way that it's not quick and easy to move Google Docs or Sheets back and forth between different folders. I wish that Google Drive worked more like a desktop, with ability to have multiple folders open side-by-side.

Great for collaboration in remote teams
Fantastic. I'd quickly recommend and/or use Google Workspace in other settings.
Pros
I love all the google products and how easy it is to share between users and/or devices. It's great to have a hub where I can control business email/users, domains, etc., and the collaboration options are fantastic. I've used google workspace and its tools with remote teams and love it.
Cons
Google is so big that it gets a bit bloated. It isn't a dealbreaker, but sometimes I have to click for a while to find a setting or option I don't use often.

The best for organization!
Pros
Google Workspace is so easy to use. I love that I can so easily keep track of all of my businesses' needs inside of one platform and that everything syncs so easily. I've really enjoyed organizing all of my files within Drive, linking Docs to Tasks, syncing Tasks to my Calendar, setting up Appointment Schedules within Calendar, and embedding Forms into my Appointment Schedules. Everything is so smooth and streamlined.
Cons
I would love to see a mobile version of Google Tasks and I would love to see this get built out to work a little bit more like Asana, Trello, or Monday. I also would love to see Google Slides function a little more like PPT or like Canva.

Very Happy Overall
This has been a great addition to our company. The included storage space is great for a small business, and it makes sharing inspection reports and videos with clients a breeze.
Pros
The reliability. We began when alternate email providers and they just weren't cutting it.
Cons
It is a bit pricier than other options for sure.

Efficient and Collaborative: Ideal for Both Large Teams and Solo Users
Overall, Google Workspace has been a powerful, streamlined tool that supports efficient workflows for both large teams and solo operations. In a corporate environment, it fosters easy collaboration across teams and geographies.
As a solo founder, it’s a one-stop shop for handling emails, documents, and video meetings—saving time by keeping everything centralised. While some features could improve, like better handling of large data files or more flexible design options, Google Workspace remains versatile and reliable.
Pros
Firstly from the perspective of working in a large international corporate, what stands out the most is its real-time collaboration tools, especially Google Docs and Google Sheets, which allow multiple users to edit simultaneously with visible, instant updates. In a large corporate setting, this eliminates the need for extensive email chains and enables team comments and tagging, making feedback cycles much quicker. Additionally, Google Drive’s shared drives simplify file organisation across departments, allowing easy access control for large teams. I also appreciate Google Calendar's ease of use, particularly when managing multiple diaries with stakeholders overseas - the ability to quickly adjust meetings to suit different timezones is invaluable. Google Keep has also been extremely useful in managing to-do lists for multiple clients.
Also as a solo founder, Gmail’s integration with Google Calendar is invaluable, with features like smart scheduling, email reminders, and access to Google Meet. This makes it easy to manage everything in one ecosystem, keeping tasks organised without needing multiple platforms.
Cons
Oftentimes, Google Sheets can slow down with large datasets, especially compared to more robust data tools like Excel, making it challenging for teams handling heavy data. Some limitations in offline functionality can also be frustrating, as it requires reliable internet to maximise productivity.
For a solo user, the cost can feel high for just one person, especially if only basic tools are used. There’s also a limited range of design customisation in Google Slides, which can sometimes be restrictive for branding needs.

Microsoft 365Reasons for Switching to Google Workspace
As a solo founder, the integration of Gmail with tools like Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Google Drive created an efficient ecosystem that supports everything from document management to client meetings in one place. The mobile-friendly experience was another deciding factor, enabling work from anywhere. I read a lot of reviews and concluded that Google was superior.- Industry: Marketing & Advertising

Google Workspace experience from a daily user.
Overall my experience with Google Workspace has been a very positive one, and I wouldn't hestitate reccomending to others. The tools Google Workspace provides has improved my indiviual and team productivity and we will continue using this product in the future.
Pros
For me the highlight of Google Workspace is having everything in one place - email, calendar, meetings, docs, and sheets I all use on a daily basis and it's very helpful to have them all in one place.
Cons
Only major con is that the formatting of microsoft documents is not always so smooth and can cause small issues when dealing with external clients. Apart from that, I think it would be nice to improve on the chat feature to add one more central function to Google Workspace.

Can you even work without this?
Increased productivity
Easy to integrate
A natural and essential part of my day-to-day.
Pros
All your business essentials gathered in one place. Effortlessly create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets, then collaborate with your team in real-time. Join meetings via Hangouts and manage your emails seamlessly with Gmail. I've been using the Google Suite for over a decade and can’t imagine switching back to any other software. The intuitive design is fresh, user-friendly, and incredibly efficient.
Cons
To be honest I can hardly think of an improvement area. Maybe the formulas on Google Sheets at the beginning can be a bit tricky if you have a deep knowledge on similar tools but apart from that, I really enjoy using this software.

Great but could be better
Overall I really like it. It's my go-to for pretty much everything work-related. I love how seamlessly everything connects. Going between emails, Docs, Meetings, and the rest is so smooth. It rally helps our productivity, especially when collaborating with others. The real-time teamwork features are great and being able to access everything from anywhere is super convenient.
As mentioned it has a few quirks, like occasional offline syncing issues and maybe a slightly too simple design at times. But overall, Google Workspace is a winner in my book. It just makes work easier and more efficient.
Pros
I like how smoothly all the apps work together. It makes juggling emails, documents, meetings, and everything else a breeze. The real-time collaboration is a game-changer for our team.
Cons
Honestly, I can't fault it overall, but if I had to pick something that bugs me, it's probably the hiccups with offline access. Sometimes, when I'm working offline, things don't sync perfectly, or I can't access all the features I need. It's not a dealbreaker, but its definitely frustrating when it happens.
Also, while I like the clean and simple design of the apps, sometimes I find them a bit too basic. I occasionally miss some of the more advanced features and customization options you get with other suites.

Google Workplace is a Must For Professional Business Users
Honestly the biggest revelation I had was when I switched to a different platform for email, calendar, scheduling etc. due to changes in workplaces - and I immediately regretted the decision due to Google Workspace's enjoyable user interface and plentiful options and customizations. I quickly switched back to using Google Workplace shortly after.
Pros
The thing I like most about Google Workspace is how well the different applications and features are integrated between Gmail, Calendar, Drive and many others. Google chat and spaces is so nice to use between team members and Google Meet is such a simple method of meeting virtually and setting of a call instantaneously.
Cons
The thing that took the most getting used to was how to integrate file storage and management from our business's current server in regards to Google Drive and the other functionalities that come with Google Workspace. This was likely more of a user error in taking time to figure out this process but it wasn't exactly clear at first.

The stage has given me a smoothed out and coordinated method for dealing with my undertakings, speak with my group, and track errands really. The connection point is instinctive and simple to explore, which permitted me to rapidly adjust and take full advantage of its instruments.

The site includes an easy to understand connection point that is not difficult to explore, hurrying up and helpful to find the devices and data I really want. I additionally love the coordinated design and assortment of administrations it offers, covering everything consultants and private ventures need for project the board and group coordination.
Something I appreciate most is the intuitive space for group correspondence. It makes conversations and thought sharing consistent, supporting efficiency and saving a great deal of time. Also, the reconciliation with other applications makes work more smoothed out, as the accessible applications adjust impeccably with present day work necessities.
On account of Work area, I've had the option to deal with my time and undertakings all the more actually, and it truly increases the value of my day to day work schedule. I enthusiastically prescribe it to anybody searching for an extensive work the executives stage."
Cons
"In spite of its many benefits, Work area has a couple of regions that could be gotten to the next level. In the first place, a few devices might require somewhat of an expectation to learn and adapt for fledglings, particularly the people who are new to project the executives stages. It would be useful to have more nitty gritty instructional exercises or onboarding advisers for make it simpler for new clients.
Another downside is that sure high level elements are locked behind higher evaluating levels, which may not be reasonable for consultants or independent ventures with restricted financial plans. Also, the portable application, while practical, some of the time comes up short on perfection and elements of the work area form, making it harder to chip away at the go.
Generally speaking, while Work area is a strong stage, resolving these issues could improve it an even encounter for a more extensive scope of clients."

Workspace works! (After a little getting used to).
Overall, after getting through the learning curse, it has been a solid experience. We use it for my wife's business as a speech and language pathologist, and it works great for us.
Pros
The ease of achieving HIPAA compliance, the easy of use for business, and the security of knowing that the workspace is always going to be there.
Cons
There were quite a few steps to getting it all setup. Not having prior experience, it required some research when it came to knowing what went where, definition of terms, and the impact of adding users on pricing.
