The app is excellent for both employees and managers, with features like Face ID, document access, and holiday booking making things much easier. The team has also been helpful and open to feedback, with some developments already successfully implemented.

> **Cons**: The delay in delivering key developments has been frustrating. Some features, such as audit trails and payroll integration, are essential for compliance and efficiency, and we’ve been waiting over a year. Also, inconsistencies in the calendar week start date across the platform create confusion.

> We’ve had a mixed but mostly positive experience. While there have been delays with critical developments, the support has been strong, and the team is always willing to help. The platform itself is modern and easy to use, and when functioning fully, it streamlines many of our processes. > **Pros**: As a small business Evalu8 has allowed us to move all of our HR admin onto a platform. No more spreadsheets calculating holiday use, No more spreadsheets tracking sickness data. So much time has been saved to myself and I know the information is real time and accurate. &#10;&#10;Having contracts, handbooks and policies in one place that everyone can access has also been really useful. We have used the sickness and lateness data in a number of review meetings and its powerful to show the employee their own profiles which has made these conversations easier for our line managers.

> **Cons**: When running reports on absences, I would like to see the system pulling off data for historical employees as well as current. It would also be good a to see an ATS element in the future.

> My experience has been positive. If I have needed support or advice, my queries have always been dealt with quickly either by support ticket or calling the team directly. &#10;&#10;I would recommend Evalu8 to any small business looking to have a system that takes the head ache out of HR admin.

> **Pros**: The system is user-friendly in the sense that items are generally located where you would expect to find them.

> **Cons**: The custom reports are not truly customisable. When I raised this issue, I was told I could use three different reports to obtain the data I needed, but I am unable to generate the specific report I require because the "custom" reporting function does not allow for that level of flexibility.&#10;&#10;The system was supposed to work seamlessly with the facial recognition system we had installed, but we are still unable to fully rely on it.&#10;&#10;HR reports, such as sickness records, often need to be checked and amended manually as they regularly pull incorrect data. For example, figures are inaccurate if someone leaves partway through the month, which have impact on absence/attendance percentage figures. I  also notice inconsistencies in attrition figures ect. &#10;&#10;When generating letters, formatting changes, so everything has to be edited and double-checked manually. I don’t use or create contracts through the system because it would require too much rework.&#10;&#10;Additionally, there is no audit trail or record of changes made in the system. For instance, if someone changes their shift pattern from a 3-day week to a 5-day week, there is no way to view their previous working pattern once the update has been made. This would also apply to change of address, bank details ect.
> 
> Recently, I’ve experienced frequent problems with saving entries, uploading documents, and recording data. Our Health \&amp; Safety Officer has also reported several issues with documents not being saved in the training section, but no action has been taken. I was advised that perhaps she didn’t know how to upload them properly, but the process is quite straightforward and doesn't require extensive training.

> Evalu-8 has helped us no end in centralising documentation and holidays. Gone are the 15 different spreadsheets\! There are loads of functions we are yet to unlock, but looking forward to seeing what other benefits we can add.
