We can set up a registration and the system does everything from there. We very rarely have to chase anyone for payment anymore. Camps are marketed directly to our members that are eligible. Field closures are instantly updated on the player and family's app. It's communication capabilities are seamless. > > **Cons**: There have been hiccups in set-up, but the playmetrics team was quick to respond to help us stay on course. They are very proactive and supportive for both admin and our players. We have moved our entire club over as of June and I get no questions from our membership about thier accounts anymore. > > The customer service is the clincher for us. If there is a problem, we can get help almost immediately. Including getting a person on the phone or on a screenshare to figure out how to get something done.
