Seamless Transition and Exceptional Support with Limble CMMS
So far, my overall experience with Limble CMMS has been great. The software is easy to use, and everyone we've interacted with—from the sales team to our account manager—has been helpful and supportive throughout the transition process.
Pros
What I like most about Limble CMMS is its user-friendly interface. We're building our Preventative Maintenance program from scratch and moving our maintenance team from pen and paper to Limble. The intuitive layout has made this transition easier, and it helps streamline creating a running inventory and organizing assets efficiently.
Cons
At this point, I honestly don't have any negative feedback about Limble CMMS. We're transitioning from ManagerPlus, and the difference is night and day—Limble has been a much smoother and more efficient system for our needs.
Reasons for Choosing Limble
We switched from ManagerPlus because it was not user-friendly, customer service was non-existent, and the system was expensive. The reporting was often inaccurate, with no options for custom reports. The interface felt outdated, and everything had to be done manually—there were no automation features, which slowed down our processes significantly.Switched From
Eptura AssetReasons for Switching to Limble
We ultimately chose Limble CMMS because of its user-friendly and modern interface. It also offered flexibility in scheduling, which better accommodates our workflow. The demo and customer service were top-notch, making it clear that Limble would meet our needs both now and in the future.- Industry: Biotechnology

Updates are quick and easy
I have really enjoyed my experience with Limble. I have been a driver of my team's implementation, so I have gotten to really dig in and be very hands on with the system. And it works very well and has a lot of functionality and customization available.
Pros
I really enjoy how easy it is to make updates to things in the system. Previously, my team was using eMaint, which is very clunky and requires a lot of effort to make even small changes like adding a new field to an asset. I especially like the syncing feature for PM templates, as it makes updating things like descriptions and instructions very simple. I also really appreciate the extensive library and customer service - any time I have a question I can't figure out, someone is only a chat message away and very knowledgeable!
Cons
I wish there was a way to update the PMs more easily via bulk updates similar to the asset inventory. While the sync feature is awesome and very helpful, it can take a long time if you sync a lot of items and requires creation of relations beforehand. I also wish there was a way to sync our internal asset ID with the Limble asset ID, as we already had an established hierarchy that differs from the Limble one. It's not feasible for us to change all of our assets, as we have thousands, so it would be nice to be able to choose the Limble asset ID during asset creation. It can be difficult to do things like import PMs with associated assets because we cannot use our established asset ID and must instead locate the Limble ID in order to associate the PM at the time of creation.

ValGenesis e-LogbookReasons for Choosing Limble
The eMaint system was not a great fit for my team's needs and was clunky and difficult to make updates to. It was also very hard to get accurate reporting of stats and records and takes a lot of trial and error. It was also very difficult to use for multiple teams if they have different needs, as changes will apply to the entire system and cannot be adjusted by locations.Switched From

Please fix our efficiency, if i am stuck with this so called CMMS.
I was involved with the meetings set up to help choose a CMMs system, as i was one of 3 people with any real experience with another CMMS system. We had it narrowed down to 3 systems, why they chose this one over the other 3 is way beyond my comprehension. A very big blunder is when a maintenance worker closes a work order, it shouldn't actually close it. Instead, it should go to a pool for someone to review and then do the final closing. To the maintenance worker it appears closed, but it is not until the person(s) in charge of reviewing them signs off. The inventory side of things is another problem all on its own. Also, we should be able to have more than one window open at a time.
Pros
To be honest not much. Our management doesn't allow us to utilize it properly. They are making the system more cumbersome. Our internal processes are limiting its intended functionality. Specifically, the end users (Maintenance workers) are not allowed to create work orders directly. Instead, they must submit requests through a separate process, causing delays and reducing the systems overall efficiency.
Cons
I have used Infor EAM (HxGNn) before Limble. This CMMS system seems like one that was created in a basement and introduced with limited talent to back it up. This system is poorly set up. It might work for a startup company that doesn't know what it needs or understand how these systems should function.

It is mixed. I like a lot of aspects, but it has some limitations which causes frustration. It is very close on so many things, but not capable to do exactly what I want, so concessions must be made.
Pros
Easy to use on the desktop and get started
Cons
Part searchability. My old system was way better. We need a wild card search. This is very cumbersome for me and my staff.
Mobile app hasn't been reliable.

User friendly and user configurable maintenance and inspection software
I have mostly really been impressed by how user friendly Limble is and how helpful the team at Limble is. The software does not seem stagnant with regular updates, and is being frequently. I have used software before for work that is custom programmed and then never updated again and breaks, but Limble seems to constantly have improvements, which probably is helped by the subscription model of the software.
Pros
Limble has an extremely user friendly and intuitive graphical user interface. Limble allows easy user configuration that most importantly doesn't rely on hiring a software engineer every time you want to create a new checklist, or make slight adjustments. The customer service team is extremely helpful in implementing the software to customize for specific use cases within the limits of the software. Limble is easy to use on both mobile devices (I have tested on iOS and iPadOS) and on desktop PCs through a web browser.
Cons
I upload a lot of photos and I would like a means to but comments under each photo when I submit a work request, so that the team receiving that work request knows what each photo is referencing. I think that it also would be helpful if Limble could allow you to reorganize the order that photos appear when you upload multiple at once. I also have noticed that when creating a very long checklist, Limble can slow down a lot, during the editing and creation process, and I am not sure if that is a RAM/memory issue on the PC being used or on the server end while editing a checklist. Perhaps this is already a feature, but in the time tracking it would be good to distinguish between time traveling to do the work, time doing the work, and time entering notes and filling out the checklist or work order after completing the work.

Awesome Customer Service
We've had a great transition from our previous CMMS to this one. Limble is far more intuitive that our previous CMMS. The knowledge and help that the Limble team provides is also extremely valuable.
Pros
The maneuverability of the PM schedules - stacking, skipping, "set it and forget it" - all suite a wide range of needs in this area.
Cons
More manipulation in the widget creation would be amazing. The ability to report on more than one aspect in one graph. Also, the way options change depending on how you're reporting is understandable but a bit more manipulation in that area would be awesome.

I have had great results with Limble and I hope to keep learning and improve my applications with the software.
Pros
The software is very user friendly and allows you to edit anything from start to finish. The program is great and gives my boss the information he needs in order to keep track of our equipment and team. The Limble coaches are great as well, they are very informative and helpful with coaching on how to make the software specific to what I need it to do.

Highly recommend this software to any maintenance team looking for a new and better experience.
10 out of 10 experiences with switching over to this software so far and it has only been 1-month at the time of writing. Excited to see where this platform can bring us with making our maintenance team more efficient.
Pros
What I liked most about the Limble CMMS software was how customizable it is to our business's needs. All businesses are unique in their own way, and I think being able to have a maintenance software that can be customized to fit any business need is very beneficial. I really enjoy how innovative this team and software feels as well, the team always seems like they are trying to find ways to improve their system to make it better in every way possible. Striving for better should be in every company's playbook and this software is definitely doing what they can to always be better.

My Experience with Limble
My overall experience with Limble has been great. It’s easy to use, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy, and has streamlined communication and coordination with tenants. It’s become the backbone of our operation, with most of our communications and tracking running through it now.
Pros
it streamlines communication and coordination with my staff and with my tenants, simplifies time tracking and logging, and is user-friendly even for those who aren't tech-savvy—my team picked it up quickly despite a brief learning curve
Cons
The lack of flexibility in customizing the interface and editing options without upgrading to a more expensive version, which can be tough for smaller companies like mine

Easy to use system for mintenance and asset tracking
It seemed overwhelming at first, but once you understand how it is organized it is quite easy. Easy to find, locate, track items and make PM schedules. I am glad we chose Limble. Limble is lacking in its label printing capabilities.
Pros
Easy to organize
good search filters for finding what I am looking for
Cons
Limble needs more label and printing options.
I wish limble had a "calibration module" - where you could track and print calibration due dates that are set up with special label format for printing directly from limble. ISO 900, 13485 and others would greatly benefit from this and it would set limble apart from your competitors.
Reasons for Choosing Limble
We were purchased by another company and started from scratch, limble appeared to be the best option for us. We wanted to use one system to track maintenance and calibration instead of 2. Limble was simpler and straight forward than our previous systemsReasons for Switching to Limble

Our experience after a few months
I really like our initial meetings with [sensitive content hidden], she was very knowledgeable in answering our questions. Working With [sensitive content hidden] was great, we had a lot work to do as for transferring our data and she helped us along the way. Everyone has been helpful in the live chat as well. I do wish the training sessions were longer than the half hour that was allotted. AS we spent a lot of time asking questions from the previous week and it didn't always give much time to learn and understand what we needed to learn. Overall Limble has a very good and affordable product, but it definitely has some growing and changing that needs to be done. I am optimistic that they are listening to the changes that we are recommending based on our experiences so far. I think they have a very bright future in the industry.
Pros
It took us from using a very outdated unconnected software system to a much more modern and user friendly option
Cons
Sorting parts the way you want can be difficult if you do not understand what you are trying to search, sometimes changes say that they have saved but when you go back later they were not. Also searching previous pm does not bring up the results we are looking for. I think the biggest drawbacks are the fact that you cannot save a screen setup you want and go back to it instead once you leave that tab you have to start over so you have to keep several internet browser pages open if you want to work on more than one thing at a time. Lastly when viewing a list of parts assigned under an asset there is no search to get to something quickly so you may have to scroll through hundreds of parts.

Made specifically for Maintaining Facilities with the Most Usable and Flexible Database
I recommend Limble to anyone exploring CMMS options. It is simply the best software in all levels of user and implementation.
Pros
Limble allowed for a comprehensive system of maintaining, cleaning, sanitizing, and tracking of a complex food production facility, restaurant, and marketplace. The support team are all real people who know the product and respond quickly and completely. The Limble team is open to new ideas and implements new features regularly.
Cons
There is a level of complexity that many people aren't willing to work through. This is a feature, not a bug and allows for developing more understanding of equipment and facility details.

Improved performance at a performing arts facility
Limble has been a tremendous step up in how we've been able to operate our facility. Maintenance items are completed in a more timely basis. Preventative Maintenance is being done at a level higher than ever before, with less work being deferred to our off season.
Pros
Limble has allowed us to integrate building maintenance, concessions management, event planning and various compliance requirements into one place. This has made running a large historic building much cleaner. The ability to collect data allows us to better plan budgets and communicate with the Board of Trustee what money needs to be spent and why.
Cons
We haven't had too many issues with Limble. Any performance issues that come up are quickly remedied after a report is filed. Their support staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Because their team often integrates updates and new features any of the functions that felt clunky when we first started using Limble have been streamlined or superseded.

Limble for asset management at food production facility
I has been easy, with lots of resources and a really small and smooth learning curve. It is great to follow KPIs
Pros
I is a easy to use platform that merges all the cashflow (Parts, time and human resources) and links it to assets thought the plant.
Cons
I have had issues only with specific tasks types but it was resolved promptly by our limble executive, somethings I do not like is that some actions require double clicks, like -edit-change date and have to click a change date button and a finish editing button too if you don't do this date will not change. Or when viewing overdue tasks I cant change due dates for multiple tasks at once. Also some filters for lists especially when looking at overdue tasks, the filter for due date doesn't give you a lot of personalization options. Again little things that would do my life easier

Limble Review
My experience has been fantastic. After using other programs for years, there were always things that my teams and I wished we could have, or do, or track, but with Limble, every need and want is covered. I couldn't imagine switching to a different program after using this one.
Pros
What I like most about Limble is that it has a multitude of options to keep us organized as a team. From tracking, to reporting, to ease of operation for our users and our submitters, every touch point of a maintenance operation is covered and perfected by Limble. Their support is unmatched by any other program I've used. Aside from having a dedicated rep, there are also webinars, tutorials, courses, and even a Limble-specific social media type of community that you can reach out to if you have questions or want to find ways to better utilize the software. After working for 12 years in the industry and using countless other programs, Limble is by far the all-around best one that I've used. Team Limble
Pros
What drew me in, personally, was the real time notifications. The previous CMMS we used was the same cost, and yet, not efficient at all. As the production controller, this feature saves the team and I a ton of time.
Also, [sensitive content hidden] , our Limble CSM, was very helpful in getting us setup. Very knowledgeable and made the transfer so easy. She has been a delight to work with.
Cons
This is hard because,
1. I have only been using Limble for about 2 months and there are still a lot of areas I have yet to dive into.
2. Everything has been so simple. From our CSM, [sensitive content hidden] , to transfer and operation, SO FAR, I have only positive remarks to say.

I love using Limble, easy to set up, very versatile, and there is always someone to help if you have any questions. They also provide Youtube links to demonstrate how to accomplish the more complex setups. Custom dashboards make getting the information your facility cares about easy.
Pros
The response time when you have a problem is less than a minute. I'm a facility manager and come in usually before 6am and I can still get a response from a real person. I have never had an issue left unresolved for more than a day, and usually it is fixed within minutes.

Fine as a portal for submitting work, supports nothing for planning/scheduling
Average. Its a bit superficial of a system that only covers submission of work and closing out work. The actual managing of work is pretty much completely missed
Pros
Their chat support is outstanding. No random chat bots, but real people that answers your questions in minutes.
User friendliness is also high and there are good videos available to help with most standard things
Cons
I think its made by software people that has little experience in maintenance. As such the system does not support anything regarding planning and scheduling of work orders. Work orders does not have different status', you cannot have different dates for when orders are planned, kitted, due etc., you cannot manage/schedule work in any smart way (yes, they have an overview, but nothing that works).
It is basically a solid platform for capturing new work requests and also closing out work. But anything in between (the planning and scheduling of work) will need to be done outside the system. They need to hire some folks from the real world (not software people) that understands maintenance and then build the system out for planning and scheduling

Perfect for Reporting and Tracking
User friendly even for the field technicians who aren't computer savvy!
Pros
Perfect for tracking asset information, reporting historical asset data, costs and maintaining maintenance schedules and work orders.
Cons
There are often glitches in the system that prevent technicians from completing work orders live. However, these seem to self-correct without having to request additional support. When additional support is needed, they are quick to address the issue.

It is easy to work with in setting up assets and PM once I got into a groove. The help and training were very helpful and the assistance from Limble was very pleasant and patient with my lack of computer skills. The aura was very nice it was like she could feel my pain in not knowing what I was doing and helped out the best to her ability.
Pros
The looks and setup of software. Price was affordable and liked it presentation to hook you in.
Cons
Really had no cons just my own computer knowledge hindered me a little.

Reliability starts with a good CMMS.
Pros
Limble has been instrumental in implementing a maintenance reliability program here at RIE. As a power user and for the operators submitting work requests, the Limble system is user-friendly. I like that anyone can submit a work request without needing to log into Limble, and I like that the requestors get updates on the work requests they submit. Customer service for Limble is remarkable, and my CSM [sensitive content hidden] always answers my questions in a very timely fashion. [sensitive content hidden]did an excellent job teaching me the ropes of Limble, and I am very pleased to have those training recordings and all the great training on Limble's YouTube channel.
Cons
I have not found anything I dislike about Limble. It is extremely customizable, so if there is something you don't like or you want to add something, you are more than likely able to change/add those things in Limble.
Reasons for Switching to Limble
One of the biggest reasons I chose Limble was the stellar customer service reviews. I entered the quest for a CMMS, thinking I knew what I wanted. When I started reviewing the three systems, Limble was not at the top of my list. Another reason I chose Limble was because of the all-in pricing. I don't have to pay extra for training/implementation.- Industry: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Limbel System
Overall. We am very happy. with Limbel., is it a key process to our Preventive Maintenance program.
Pros
Limbel is user friendly, and very easy to navigate. Limble gives you options to track our preventive maintenance program to another level. Capability is saving history, tracking assets, custom dashboards to specific users, Limbel allows you to build how you want to track you preventive program, data collecting to your own liking.
Cons
I do, believe having more options to customize your inventory field, tracking PO systems, Columns choices to specific vendors on created work orders can improve, Limbel. a flow to preventive maintenance is key and work order to purchasing management is key. To be an outstanding program having the ability to navigate and flow to each section is key.

Awesome CMMS System
I have been working weekly with our customer support specialist [sensitive content hidden] as she has been coaching and supporting us to bring Limble online and showing us the potential, this system offers. [sensitive content hidden] has made the trainings fun and easy to understand. When I have had any questions, she has been very responsive with solutions. I truly appreciate her help while we setup our new system.
Pros
From our initial introduction to Limble, to being assigned our Customer Support Specialist the process has been extremely simple, no pressure and enjoyable experience. [sensitive content hidden] our Customer Support Specialist has worked to make sure we are comfortable with the project as well as meet goals in training and implementation. Limble is by far the most customer friendly, simple to use softwares out there. I have used several other CMMS systems and hands down agree this is been the easiest to pick up and use.
Cons
So far, I struggle to find anything that I have would consider a con.

Limble Review
I really love all that Limble does for us - managing our assets, managing our work orders, and the app.
I cannot say enough great things about Scott Shettig - my Customer Success Manager. He has saved me SO much time in helping me configure Limble for all of our six campuses! I honestly have no idea how many hours or even weeks I would have had to spend researching how to configure our system. He has helped me tremendously! From configuring assets, PMs, work orders, and users to even creating custom widgets/dashboard reports!
Pros
The ability to manage our assets - to attach work orders to them as well as document the model information and parts lists associated with our various assets.
Cons
The difficulty we are having creating work order status report snapshots that are easily readable to our various campus teams.

Limble Review
10/10 experience! I am greatly impressed with my CSM [sensitive content hidden], as well as the whole support Team. I have never waited longer than 15 seconds for a support response. I feel the implementation process is greatly impacted by the quality of the CSM you are assigned and I couldn't ask for a better one! extremely helpful and intelligent. Overall I am very impressed with Limble and constantly refer people to give it a shot!
Pros
Vendor management, Work request system, Preventative maintenance, Budget, Ease of use, Simple UI, Fast mobile app, Information tracking, Asset hierarchy, There is a lot to love! Limble has simplified much of my daily work and I appreciate the constant review and updates.
Cons
Mobile app has been quite glitchy in the past but recently have noticed big improvements. Within asset hierarchy, I feel the UI of dragging to specific "trees" could be greatly improved to make process more efficient.

So far, the ease of use, amazing support, has make implementing processes and equipment very easy.
Pros
The ease of use between the app and the website, makes implementation very easy for all users to pick and use. In addition, the visibility into the equipment records makes this program great to manage equipment and work requests very intuitive.
Cons
So far, I have zero cons to report. This program is very easy to use and jump right in to implement.

Director of Facilities
The setup and support were exceptional. Our needs were assessed and we were given the appropriate information to get us started and grow the system. There is plenty of online help via chat or videos that are easy to follow. There are many options to display the data to fit our needs.
Pros
I like providing customers an easy way to submit a work order though QR codes and how Limble provides updates on the status of the work order submitted. We can customize QR codes to different assets, locations, and vehicles.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints. I might prefer a display of data that looks a little more like an Excel spreadsheet.

Hands down a must have for any company trying to maintain their equipment.
when I first moved forward with implementing this system, I thought it was going to be much more difficult to get setup. But the support team gets you right through it quickly and easily. It has already streamlined our maintenance process beyond what our expectations were.
Pros
Customization and support are by far the best things about this product. No software can stand the test of time without solid support. Limble is always moving forward with innovative updates and interface designs.
Cons
There isn't much not to like. And although Limble's price is competitive, it is on the upside of costs for CMMS software but make no mistake, there are much more complicated and harder to use software systems out there at much higher prices.

Limble is a CMMS company
We absolutely love Limble and have never looked back to our old system. The team was very easy to work with and patiently walked us through the crossover from old to new. If you are considering Limble, take the plunge!
Pros
The simple visual reporting is exactly what our executive team was looking for in a CMMS. The endless limitations of Limble have been probably one of the biggest surprises for us. The QR codes for our assets. The QR codes that link to schematics and other attachments to assets.
Cons
My technicians would like to be able to not receive emails from the Limble system when they are not working. We haven't found a simple way to stop those while they are away.

Limble, the best CMMS in 25 years of experience
It is very rewarding as a manager to know that if you need information in less than a minute you will have that information and it helps you to make very quick and accurate decisions. It is also gratifying that 60 people use the tool on a daily basis and have no complaints about its handling, functionality, ease of use, Etc. 100% RECOMMENDABLE
Pros
Ease of implementation, you don't need anyone to implement it, ease of use for both technicians and managers, all the information displayed when you click on it takes you to the source of that information. Very powerful mobile tool makes life easier for technicians who use it on a daily basis.
Cons
Some small improvements could be made but his team is always in continuous development.

Limble experience & training has been a breeze
My overall experience with Limble had been nothing but topnotch. We know we can always reach out if we have any questions and it wont take long for a response with the answers. We are always able to jump on a zoom call as well if we need help within the program.
Pros
Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] has been nothing but amazing through the process of us setting up our limble account. This program was easy to learn, and with the help of Limble we were able to easily set everything up and get the information from our old system easily put into our Limble program.
Cons
It took some tweaking within the program for us to exactly or close to what we needed so it ran like our old program, but there was always someone there who was able to answer questions when needed and get us the correct instructions on how to so what we were looking to do.

Limble Review
My overall experience was and continues to be possitive with Limble. They gave us great support from the start and continue to be available if we have questions or issues. Things run really smooth now. Our Techs like the tablets and easy of use to complete PMs.
Pros
We transitioned from another CMMS. Limble made that transition very easy. It is easy to set up new PMs and tasks. We were also able to go from printing all our weekly PMs to tablets. Limble made this very very easy. The tablets track time for each PM automatically and allows us to get real time completion data.
Cons
I struggle with any real con for Limble. Overall just switching to a new CMMS is always a stressful project. Limble made this as easy as possible. They gave out great resources online and we have a great Customer Service Manger in [sensitive content hidden]
