PROCESSVUE SEQUENCE

PROCESSVUE ANALYSER
Is a powerful addition to the SOE base. The Analyser Web Client is feature rich enabling KPI based presentation via Dashboards, Frequency Analysis and Standard Reports. The inbuilt reporting engine can be scheduled to run reports automatically at a desired frequency. KPI reports can be based on EEMUA 191 and ISA 18.2 global standard.

PROCESSVUE GUARDIAN
Provides a comprehensive capability to manage and track changes related to the plants alarm assets in a single common repository. The workflow engine provides additional flexibility to manage changes to other assets in the plant and compare live parameters with the MAD values as part of an audit process.

Divide the workload into manageable chunks:
Create a Project for the Topmost frequent alarming Tags on your site and assign a team to rationalise them.
Create a Project by pieces of equipment or plant areas.
A separate team could be assigned to a Project containing all the Gas detectors or Valves.
Or create a Project for each Generating Unit.
Teams can work in parallel to increase efficiency.

Vendor neutral templates:
P\&ID and / or Cause and Effects references.
Last date and time the Alarm was tested.
Work Order references.
HTML links to external documentation.
Implement field rules which automatically update fields based on the content of other fields.

Configurable priority wizard based on consequence and time to respond.
