> **Cons**: No free trial. A Terms of Service (ToS) clause that permanently removes any refund right the moment you use the platform — even once, even briefly.

> I used NJA for 1 day and generated 3 reports on public profiles to test the platform, comparing data across accounts to understand what the tool actually measures and whether it was worth the subscription. Under their Terms of Service, any use within 14 days voids the withdrawal right entirely. Refund denied.

This is technically within their legal rights. The problem is structural: without a trial, the only way to evaluate the product is to pay and use it. But using it immediately and permanently closes the only exit. That's not a refund policy, it's a one-way door. And it's not prominently flagged before purchase; it lives in the fine print of the ToS. Hope this review helps all posible buyers to see it more clearly before you decide to purchase it.
