> **Pros**: Trinetra always provides the best to their clients. Exact updates on schedules with feedbacks from the customer with photograph is very much helpful for the organisation to know the client satisfaction easily. The next plan to provide high service to the client and plan for repeat orders from the existing customer.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the location update of the executives on-field is not properly got in trip summary, as they work in remote areas most of the time.
