Developed by Infordata Sistemi, active in access control and automatic identification since 1997, it runs in the cloud or on a local server, with no limit on the number of employees or hours managed.

The first advantage is the way people clock in. Every department and site works differently, so GoPlanner TIME offers several methods to choose from:

RFID badge on fixed terminals, for offices and production areas.
Smartphone app for Android and iOS, for those who move around or work off-site.
QR Code scan, handy for shared workstations and temporary access.
Voice command, ensuring accessibility for people who cannot use badges or displays.
Geofencing, which checks the location of a smartphone clock-in and confirms it happened at the correct workplace.

The software also works with RFID, biometric and magnetic card readers already in use and is compatible with terminals from Zucchetti, iGuard, Giga Promag and Smart Tap, so existing hardware can be kept.

Once the data is captured, the software takes over. Attendance, worked hours, and overtime are calculated and displayed in real time, so managers always have a clear picture without chasing timecards or Excel sheets. Each clock-in is processed into attendance and absence records: ordinary hours, night work, holiday overtime, planned short leaves, sickness, and time bank debits are assigned automatically. Anomalies such as missed clockings or late arrivals are flagged and resolved through a guided correction procedure, so nothing is left unexplained at month end.

Requests for holidays, time off, and smart working go through a digital request and approval workflow that cuts emails and manual steps. Employees submit requests from the app and receive notifications by email, SMS or push; managers approve from their dashboard; the absence calendar is updated instantly, showing planned leave, sickness and vacations across the team.

On the organizational side, GoPlanner TIME lets you plan shifts, keep time banking under control, and rely on automatic shift recognition, which matches each clock-in to the right shift. Weekly schedule patterns are set through a simple interface, while advanced shift planning runs on a monthly, half-year or annual calendar with absence management built in. Rules are fully configurable: breaks, overtime thresholds, rounding, daily and monthly flexibility, time recovery, and absence types are set according to company policies or individual contracts, instead of forcing you into a rigid template.

Reporting can be configured to analyse attendance and productivity by employee, department or site. Employee records and related documents are stored in the same platform, and payslip PDFs can be imported and distributed to each employee directly through the app.

When payroll time comes, automatic export to the main payroll systems removes manual recalculations and transcriptions, reducing errors and processing time. The platform is GDPR compliant and certified by Italy's National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN), with consent and privacy management, access control through profiles and roles, role-based dashboards, and real-time data synchronization between app and management console.
