It starts at $2,000/month and includes the real-time CDP with the first 100,000 active profiles, unlimited email, AI product recommendations, full-funnel reporting with configurable attribution, ad audience sync for paid media, and MCP access so AI assistants can work directly with your data.

Every account also includes a Forward Deployed Marketer who handles migration, sets your strategy, configures segments, builds flows, and runs tests.

From there, you switch on the modules you need:
• SMS, MMS, and RCS — $250/month
• Messaging apps like WhatsApp and custom channels — $420/month
• Site personalization — $1,515/month
• In-app personalization and mobile push — $1,305/month
• Loyalty program — $1,010/month

Billing is month-to-month and starts when the migration is complete and your account is live. 

You pay only for profiles you actually market to – ones you messaged, or that visited your site or app, or bought something. Storing profiles is free. Anonymous and dormant profiles never reach the bill, and the count is a rolling twelve-month average, so a seasonal spike doesn't reprice the year. Past the first 100,000, profiles are a flat $0.013 each, and brands above a million negotiate a lower rate.

You can switch off any module when you need to – no cancellation penalties or lock-in contracts.
