> **Cons**: Extra add-ons to make anything work. Poor support. Constant upselling more of their products

> This company (Kaseya) have bought many different solutions and turned them into add-ons. The primary solution for five engineers is over £400 per month. When we complained about the system not working as described, they suggested we pay another £2000 per month for Kaseya 365. Our complaint was dealt with by the sales department, which quoted completely inaccurate pricing. I was stupid enough to sign up for 3 years due to large discounts over a 12 month contract. I am now arguing with them to get out of the contract but their contracts are written for them not the Client. Our lawyers have said "While the Agreement is a little confused and unclear in places, the contract is valid". However, the demonstration we had bought little resemblance to the final product as all information had to be entered manually and is not automatic as shown to us.

> **Pros**: IT Glue has this feature Cooper Copilot Smart SOP Generator that allows you to basically record the steps you take for a procedure and automatically documents it. This is an amazing feature and creates an easy way to create documentation that can easily be shared with team members.

> **Cons**: I would like the domain and SSL tracker to also monitor the website for downtime.&#10;I don't like the way it creates a default location completing certain actions, even when an address already exists.

> IT is really great. It provides an easy to document processes, manage passwords and collaborate with teams. Using the simple account/security management, we were able to onboard our first employee and give them access to all the account they need. This includes documentation and passwords to jump in and start working right away.
