> **Pros**: Es una herramienta fundamental para mejorar nuestro funcionamiento interno. Podemos analizar todas las conversaciones y con esa información, ver qué ha ocurrido y qué necesitamos para mejorar. Además con los datos de llamadas entrantes, hemos ajustado los horarios del personal para ser más eficientes, reforzando horas punta y liberando horas en las que apenas teníamos flujo de llamadas.

> **Cons**: El proceso de on boardind debe mejorar. es verdad que una vez que lo dejas todo configurado es muy sencillo, pero eché en falta algún que otro vídeo explicativo para suavizar ese primer contacto. Sin embargo, este "problema", lo suplieron con un servicio de atención al cliente eficiente que no me puso ningún problema para solventar todas mis dudas.
