Through extra color coding users can see if a desk is booked for the whole day or only for a couple hours in the morning or afternoon. The bookings of the colleagues are shown with their names. If there are specific requirements for a workstation, those may be shown through extra information. &#10;&#10;Pictures of desks and their environment can also be stored. Accepted reservations are confirmed by email and include links to import calendar entries for Outlook, Google calendar or different programs. Optional mini-displays provide the reservations on every table - much like a conference room door sign. Another alternative is to combine 3rd party standalone programmable LEDs to give visibility from distance. Depending at the customer’s necessities, occupancy may be processed using sensors. The solution may be deployed within a few days.
