Even at the tailend of using our old software people were still confused about it. I explained how to book on Mangomint once and never had to go over it again\! Customer Support is so quick, it's one of my personal favorite features about Mangomint. Within 10 minutes I have a response about anything inquiries or problems I may be having. It's nice feeling heard. One of the main concerns our bookkeeper kept bringing up was security. She didn't want us directly handling cards to keep on file but with the self-checkout feature there's no need to see the card and its convenient for the client. It's so easy to onboard and offboard staff with Mangomint. Even changing prices, adding services, vacation hours, etc. This used to be one of our most inconvenient moments with our other software. Value for money : It was easy to pitch to our accountant because it's more bang for your buck. > > **Cons**: I wish it was easier to see the patient/client information in a more condensed quicker way. The clients find it difficult to see all their appointments or access their portal. Maybe if it was sent with their text booking that would be better or something else? Like inserting a phone number to access a portal. > > Our experience with Mangomint has been SO easygoing\! All the features, organizination, client ease, etc. for the price is AMAZING. The transition over is so seamless, if any help is needed it's so easy to message their wonderful team and you get a quick response.
