> **Cons**: Not really good to make your own reports, you have to export data and then change them (not with all of requirements, just ours). With complicated process (like ours) not really user-friendly. A lot of coworkers had issues with this.

> Generally okay. There were a lot of calls at first due to the implementation. Then the contact wasn't that great but we still have to make changes sometime (we implemented that 6 months ago).
