Good and inexpensive Mass SMS system
Very smooth, and when someone replies to a text, I get a notification that someone has done so.
Pros
Very easy to setup and transfer in contact lists and groups. Messages are sent immediately and if there are any issues to any numbers, I am notified immediately so that the issue can be corrected.
Cons
The billing module needs help when the card info needs updating. It doesn't see that you already have a subscription that just needs updating for the autopay, and I end up having two subscriptions and then having to get customer service to iron out the problem.

TextSpot is a Valuable Business Tool
My overall experience with TextSpot is positive - I am very happy with the software! Customer support is responsive and new features and functionality are added regularly. My clients LOVE that I can text them with a dedicated number, and I have a record of sent, received and deliverability without worrying about losing any messages should I lose or switch my cell phone.
Pros
This software is a convenient and easy way to keep in touch with my clients with updates, changes, appointment reminders, and with important information, especially while they are actively traveling. Messages can be sent and received from my phone or desktop, and can include links and images, and the TextSpot notifications tell me who incoming messages are from. The dedicated number now keeps my business mobile free and messages archived.
Cons
This software is amazing - nothing to dislike as far as I am concerned. Some requested features would be the ability to send up to two (2) images per message and brand without using the image slot for my company logo.

Bad business ethics / support
Not good. They want to keep free money for doing nothing. Bad ethics.
Pros
Can't say that I liked anything. I don't recommend it at all.
Cons
Bad business ethics, poor customer service. Unwilling to refund accidental subscription time, meant to cancel after first month. Just wanted to try text marketing out. I was sure I had cancelled it but it slipped by somehow.

When you emailed us asking for a refund for your subscription from 6 months prior, we treated you like any other customer.
We can refund the most recent payment, but cannot refund a subscription payment simply because you failed to cancel your account. That is how any subscription service works.
You agree to our terms and conditions, which clearly state you are not entitled to a refund.
Yet, we decided to refund you 5 of 6 payments because you threatened to leave a poor review, which you clearly did anyway.
Your threat of leaving a poor review is no way to behave as a customer.
Since you requested a refund because you didn't use the software, your review of the product here is not trustworthy (since you did not use it) and other customers should understand that your review here reflects your character and not our product.

Cons
At present, TextSpot does not have any downsides. They have enriched their services by integrating automatic responses, which we are eagerly anticipating utilizing in the future.

Great text messaging system for a small business.
Pros
I found TextSpot easy to learn and work with. I can set up the appointment reminders for a single appointment or multiple appointments at one time. I can do group text if we need to cancel a whole day. Textspot has saved me a lot of time and phone calls, and easy for the patient's to respond. The cost can't be beat! For us being a small business, Textspot provided a needed service at a price a small business can afford. I highly recommend Textspot!
Cons
At the beginning it did take some time to learn how to edit or delete a message, and it felt slow in customer support for responses, however, that has improved!

Easy to Use, Great Value
My experience with Text Spot has been very positive. I've recommended it to others and hope to utilize it in a larger way in the next few months.
Pros
Text Spot allows me to quickly schedule SMS reminders to our cleaning team so no one forgets a clean or particular task.
Cons
Nothing at this time. We are considering switching from our current SMS provider which sends marketing texts to our subscribers.

It's easy to use and message delivery is fast enough and reliable.

The website can be sometimes glitchy and difficult to navigate. There's a delay switching between functions and pages.

Great product!
I love that I can schedule text reminders for appointments. Set it and forget it!

I can't think of anything I don't like. It does exactly what I need it to do.

Beneficial to the business
Overall txtapot has really helped adult customers on making their monthly car payments!
Pros
The facet that I can send monthly reminders to our customers on making their payments and I only have to set it up once.
Cons
I do not like that I can not edit a txt once I've set it up, if I made a mistake on a scheduled txt I have to delete it and rewrite it.

We recently launched the ability to reply to incoming messages. It is called "Inbox."
Any messages you send from your TextSpot number that receive a reply will show up in your Inbox tab to have a one-on-one conversation.
Plus, those incoming messages are free and do not count against your credits.
A dedicated app for your mobile device is on our product roadmap, although we have some other features we will be releasing first.

Pros
I really like the capabilities of this software however it would be great if we could change an already scheduled text because meetings change often. Other than that, it checks all the boxes I needed it for.
Cons
Editing scheduled texts and not being able to use my phone number or something like it.

Have quite advance features that automates the bulk text messaging in a all-in-one approach.
Cons
TextSpot do not have Android an IOS applications which makes it difficult to use in mobile devices.

I love that I can create templates of texts and then apply whatever contacts to these templated texts and send out scheduled reminders.
Cons
I wish I could edit scheduled texts more easily.
