> **Pros**: Impressive, well-developed app which is tightly integrated with MS Teams.  Developer seems to be passionate about constantly improving the product and adding features.

> **Cons**: Some of the suggested conversation topics are a bit off the mark for our organization, but not bad overall.

> CoffeePals is helpful in getting hybrid employees to meet and get to know each other.  It's also helpful to nudge introverts to get to know their colleagues, rather than just focus heads-down on work.
