The app started as Musical.ly, which was a lip-syncing app that allowed users to create short music videos. In 2017, Musical.ly rebranded as TikTok and launched new features including a wider range of filters and effects for videos as well as the ability to customize the length of each video clip, instead of only being able to record 15 seconds or less. The application's main feature is its ease of use. It can be accessed with just one tap on your phone so you can quickly record and post videos without having to download anything else. With just a few taps you can also share your videos on other social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram. > > Verdict: Rated **4.6/5** by 655 users. Same thing as before I love the ease of use and how many different videos you can find in the variety of options. > > **Cons**: What do I like least about TikTok is also the same thing. The fact that my son can get on there and see multiple things that I would rather him not be able to watch even if I set the viewer limits on there it still allows him to watch things I would rather him not. > > Overall, TikTok’s not too bad but it’s not the best as I said there’s things on there. I’d rather my son not see.
