> **Pros**: la piattaforma Spoki è user friendly e non richiede competenze tecniche specifiche rendendola fruibile a tutti. Ci sono tante funzioni e possibilità per creare template, automazioni ed eventi che rendono il lavoro semplice e divertente

> La piattaforma è ben studiata con sezioni chiare. Il manuale e i video rendono poi tutto ancora più semplice per imparare la potenzialità dello strumento. Oltre al prodotto la differenza sta nel team Spoki, un team di ragazzi/e giovani sempre attenti al supporto e alle richieste di sviluppo con massima professionalità e dedizione al progetto.

> **Cons**: Inizialmente si possono contattare fino a un massimo di 1.000 persone al giorno, fino a che WhatsApp non sblocca i livelli successivi per contattare fino a 10mila persone al giorno.

> **Cons**: la tracciabilità dei risultati è un po troppo generica.Il fatto che se il cliente scrive parole/frasi uguali a quelle dei pulsanti , in automatico partono delle automazioni che diventano "caotiche" per il cliente stesso. Ovviamente è evitabile ma all'aumentare delle campagne diventa sempre più difficile gestire le parole/frasi
