We are a whitewater rafting company in Colorado. I am a huge fan of the operations end of the program. I can maximize our boat capacity which maximizes our profits. > > **Cons**: The point of sale works well and is easy to learn from the end user perspective. I wish it were faster\! The set up is clunky and not very flexible. The POS reports are rather useless. We hoped to be able to track our inventory easier, but have stuck with our old system for now. I have no doubt this will improve over time. > > I love Adventure Office and the support staff. They are an amazing group of people. If one cannot help me they are not afraid to move me up to the next level of support. This software is constantly growing and improving. Also I haven't found a way to manage inventory from add-ons yet. There's no "Quantity on hand" feature like most POS systems I've used. Also I have yet to find an easy way to print a trip roster or manifest.
