> **Pros**: As the Roster Coordinator of an Athletics Centre, the time that Club Volunteer has saved me has been invaluable.
When coordinating hundreds of volunteers across over 100 different roles, I am usually tied up for countless hours when everything was being managed manually on my side. The ease for families to select, manage and cancel their own shifts is fantastic and takes the pressure off my role.

The initial set up to get all our rosters on the platform wasn't too tedious and I love that it's now there for future seasons. The ability to import/export documents to input data straight into Club Volunteer also saves time.

The support from the team whenever I have questions or need help with a particular function has been quick. John has been extremely accommodating, and I feel like no question is a hassle\!

The check in via QR code at the Centre, and having a set time that check is in allowed (ie, 30 mins either side of start time) is such a good feature to stop volunteers from checking in whenever then not actually showing up.

We're yet to use Club Volunteer on competition days however we're excited to see how it goes once our season starts in a few weeks. The 30-day trial was great for us to run testing in the off season to test all functions and ease for volunteers and the Roster Coordinator. We really believe this has been a fantastic investment for our Centre.
