The automatic backup features are especially convenient, and the extra storage options are affordable. I also appreciate the added perks like VPN access and family sharing, which make it more than just a storage service. > > **Cons**: One downside is that the pricing can add up over time if you need higher storage tiers. Also, some features—like the VPN—aren’t available on all devices or regions, which limits their usefulness for certain users. > > Overall, my experience with Google One has been very positive. It’s easy to use, reliable, and integrates smoothly with tools I already use daily. While there are a few limitations, the convenience and added features make it a solid choice for cloud storage and backup needs. ----- ### "Time Saver" — 5.0/5 > **SHERREE** | *9 June 2025* | Arts & Crafts | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Can see my storage that is used and what I have left. You can click to clean up things taking up storage but seeing what Google 1 suggests. They let you know before deleting stuff in folders that it will be permanently gone so to save you from deleting what you want to keep . Can see unsupported videos in your storage. > > **Cons**: I have experienced any problems at this time with Google 1. I don't have any negative views of this app. > > I am glad to have something that breaks down my storage into groups like trash, spam, large videos and files. I can easily choose which clean up service I want to do. Easy for anyone to understand and use. ----- ### "Simple, Reliable Cloud Storage" — 3.0/5 > **Branko** | *22 January 2026* | Financial Services | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: Google One makes managing cloud storage really easy. I like having all my files, photos, and backups in one place with seamless integration across devices. The additional storage options are flexible, and the sharing features with family members are convenient. > > **Cons**: The pricing can feel a bit high compared to some competitors, and the interface for managing backups isn’t always intuitive. The storage limit seems lower compared to competition too. > > Overall, Google One has been a dependable solution for cloud storage and device backups. It’s easy to use, integrates well with other Google services, and keeps my data accessible and secure. While not perfect, it’s a solid choice for anyone needing reliable storage. ----- ### "Google one 5 TB for the price £ 9.50 fixed price" — 5.0/5 > **Todor** | *12 July 2026* | Warehousing | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Very good service\! It gives me all the storage I need for my photos, emails, and files. Easy to use and totally worth the price. 5 stars\! > > **Cons**: Storage JumpFor a long time, the biggest complaint has been the massive gap between the 200GB plan and the 2TB plan. Many users naturally outgrow 200GB as their photo libraries expand, but they don't need anywhere near 2TB. > > Google One is already a must-have for the cloud storage and phone backups, but rolling YouTube Premium into the subscription makes it an unbelievable value. Getting my photos backed up, having access to the Gemini AI features, and watching YouTube without ads all under one single plan is incredibly convenient and saves me money every month. Highly recommended\! ----- ### "The One solution for our data storage , backup" — 5.0/5 > **Christopher** | *13 June 2022* | Food & Beverages | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: Easily backup files, email, photos and device settings. Able to share files securely and quickly to users. Superb support and help with all Google products. > > **Cons**: Sometimes receive data storage limit warnings when not close to storage limit. (I.E. 11% warning issued stating that if storage runs out backups will not continue.) > > We are able to backup critical files and settings and able to share and collaborate easily and securely. I definitely recommend Google One to all of my colleagues. Great customer support when we need it. ----- Page: 1 / 4\ Next: [Next page](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/356039/google-one?page=2) ## Links - [View on SoftwareAdvice](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/356039/google-one) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | ----- ## Structured Data
