There are better market options

Pros

Has been my first automation mail software, and I could say that is a good starting point, especially for startup or beginning users. It offers a wide range of free templates and the usability is very good

Cons

I did not found so easy to use the integration option with social like Facebook when it comes to managing marketing campaigns

A renewed classic

If you are a small business owner, an email marketing solution is one of the first tools you need to use in your e-commerce section. If you look on Google, you will find Mailchimp and others fighting for first place on the search. I tried all of them when I started on this, and Mailchimp was the only one for me that delivered a great set of tools for free on their first tier. This pricing model allows small businesses like yours to start without having to invest more money to begin operating. Then, after your business grows, Mailchimp stays with you, and their subscription tiers are affordable. So, if you are starting on email marketing and you have a small business, give Mailchimp a try, you won't regret it.

Pros

Mailchimp was my first approximation to a customer relationship management tool and, after many years, still is my usual selection and advice to other small businesses. It is an easy-to-use platform with a great development team who cares about its clients. In recent years the tool has evolved and added new features, all great additions.

Cons

Right now, nothing about Mailchimp is bad for my small business.

Alternatives Considered

Sendinblue, Klaviyo and HubSpot CRM

Reasons for Switching to Mailchimp

The free tier is more than enough to start for small business. The great thing about Mailchimp is the easy process to scale up, so if your business grows, Mailchimp is a great choice too.

Mailchimp Review

My over all experience has been good, asides from the fact that I contact support ahead of time so they can respond when i need them, every other thing seems fine for me.

Pros

I like the fact that you can start for free if you are on a budget and it is very affordable compared to other email marketing software

Cons

What I dislike the most is that you don't easily get support when you need it, you will have to wait for hours before they respond to your email. I wish they can improve on this.

Alternatives Considered

MailerLite, Sender, SendPulse and GetResponse

Reasons for Choosing Mailchimp

Because Mailchimp is cheaper and more affordable for me

A great tool for engaging customers with on brand messaging

As a small business it helps save cost and provide a safe space for storing and managing customer contact details.

Pros

I love that its automation can create branded messages with little design expertise needed. A cost effective way to communicate to customers without expensive creative costs.

Cons

Understanding how to make the most out of the platform - I know it can do a lot more then what I currently use it for but its not that comprehensive of intuitive over and above the basic product offering.

Alternatives Considered

HubSpot Sales Hub

Reasons for Switching to Mailchimp

I thought it was the most simplistic option for our needs.

MailChimp

We're building a community of raving fans and it has been an amazing experience and we've been able to bond more with our clients on a personal level.

Pros

The most impactful feature for me is the campaign management.

The product is easy to use and easy to integrate into our business.

Cons

So far I havent found any features that I dislike.

Every day I love it more. It is too easy to start an established business with clients using MailChimp.
