The customer support is excellent, and queries are closed out quickly. The system is reasonably intuitive and once training is completed, easy to navigate. Training is provided online and/or in person. Our engineers picked it up very quickly and within a week 90%+ of their work was captured in the system. Dashboards are easy to create and give a quick snapshot of how the day, week, month is going. > > **Cons**: Reporting could be a lot better, reports need to be pulled into excel and filtered to get what is required. dashboards show great information however the options could be improved to drill down into the data better.
