I needed a solution which would allow me to automate my work with 2 platforms (Booking.com and Airbnb) while being able to integrate more platforms, collecting online the documents from the guests and having everything under control without paying much. Hostex is the service I chose from all other services. While other services charge 3-4 times the price, they have non-existent document collection or not the type I wanted and very few options of booking services. Hostex, on the other hand, provides check-in form including the document collection and has 11 booking services that you can integrate (including Google Vocation Rentals) plus additional services like Pricelabs and Rategenie to make the pricing easier. Plus, they have free API\! I have been using Hostex since around May-June 2025 and there were not issues regarding reservation synchronization. When I had issues, support would help me resolve the issue within a day\!
