> **Cons**: Lo principal es el diseño del flujo, es muy complejo en la autogestión, de ahí que no es escalable, hay funcionalidades que son limitadas en el bot, ejemplo botones, menú dinámicos, no es muy fácil poder integrar con otras herramientas. &#10;&#10;La parte el soporte también es un tema crítico debido a que tenemos otro horario y es muy complicado tener alguna respuesta inmediata, siempre son de un día para otro.
