> **Cons**: Their revenue reporting is as basic as it gets and any feedback to their product team around improving it seems to fall on deaf ears.

> The amount of changes they are putting their customer base (van owners/company owners) through this year is absurd. Every change they've made has directly contributed to more work on my end, and less profitability. First it was the payment processor, forcing us to use Square which is far more expensive than the option we were using previously... and now they are completely taking away our ability to charge % based fees (for reasons unknown to me at this time). They clearly have nobody at their company that understands yield management and how customers react to rent and/or fees or else they would never consider taking away this functionality.

Facile d'utilisation et très compréhensible pour le client lors de sa réservation. Le paiement en ligne sécurisé et surtout la possibilité de bloquer le montant de la caution de façon automatique et sécurisé sont un gain de temps énorme.  Wheelbase regroupe l'essentiel au bon fonctionnement d'une société de location de Campervans.
