There is no number to actually talk to someone. You go back and forth with a robot. Even if you reach out to your "rep" they don't get back to you. During our meeting, which I recorded at the start, I was promised things and then found out later that we would be charged for them. All in all, I have been extremely disappointed with this service when it seemed so convenient at the start. The treasurer can have their account like all the other members, but only has access to the main account. > > I wish there were another program I could move to.
