When you call tech support most on the techs have no idea how to solve your issue. My account manager is new and has not helped us or retrieved information we have requested. All Real Green wants to do is send you short videos so you resolve issues your self. They raise their prices each year and charge for services that use to be included. They constantly market additional services to us when the can’t really manage the services they already offer. We are probably only utilizing about 50% of what the software could actually do. They are really good about billing you every month first of the month at 12 midnight. Money seems to be what drives Real Green not customer service. > > No customer service at all.
