> **Pros**: Ayant utilisé cet outil dans un premier temps en tant que Responsable S.I, puis en tant que chef de projet dans la même structure, j'ai pu tester la plupart des fonctionnalités qu'il propose.L'aspect outil de centralisation des données informatiques est très complet avec la possibilité d'allouer automatiquement du matériel à des utilisateurs via OCS et l'Azure AD.Le module de gestion de projet est également très complet et permet réellement d'effectuer du pilotage de projet (via la gestion des parties budgétaires, RH, etc.). La génération de rapports détaillés mais lisibles avec de nombreux graphiques permet de "rendre des comptes" simplement.L'outil en lui-même est simple à prendre en main et s'insère facilement dans un parc informatique grâce à son fonctionnement en SaaS et sa synchronisation avec Office 365.D'autres modules sont également disponibles (ticketing, interventions, etc.).L'équipe support est réactive et répond rapidement aux demandes de support déposées directement via l'application.Je recommande cet outil pour toute société cherchant un outil de bon rapport qualité/prix/facilité d'utilisation.

> **Cons**: L'application étant encore assez jeune, certaines fonctionnalités nécessitent quelques améliorations et ajustements pour répondre vraiment à tous les besoins que nous pourrions rencontrer. Cependant, ces fonctionnalités sont déjà tout à fait utilisables dans leur état.

> Je suis globalement très satisfait de mon expérience avec ISI-APP.
