Der KI-Chatbot hilft uns hierbei, die Standardanfragen zu beantworten, aber übergibt komplexe Anfragen an unseren Support in Echtzeit.

> **Pros**: Schon vor der Überarbeitung des Dashboards und der Erweiterung des Funktionsumfangs war ich von melibo überzeugt. Mittlerweile hat sich die Plattform nochmal deutlich verbessert\! &#10;Der Funktionsumfang ist wirklich optimal. Die einzelnen Funktionen können simpel selber angepasst und optimiert werden.&#10;Die Unterstützung seitens melibo kenne ich so von keinem anderen Website Add-On. Man wird wirklich bei jedem Schritt sehr freundlich und kompetent unterstützt.&#10;Der Drive der in dem Unternehmen steckt, ist deutlich zu spüren. Verbesserungsvorschläge werden freundlichst angenommen und auch schnell umgesetzt. Und auch melibo selber sucht stetig nach Optimierungspotenzial.&#10;So bekommt man wirklich sehr simpel eine tolle Erweiterung von Websites oder Online-Shops, die meiner Meinung nach vor allem jüngere Zielgruppen überzeugen kann und mit richtiger Umsetzung den Gesamteindruck verbessert.

> **Cons**: Anfangs gab es meines Empfindens nach ein paar Schwachstellen bei der Benutzerfreundlichkeit des Dashboards, aber da diese mit der Überarbeitung wegfallen, gibt es in unserem Unternehmen keine Nachteile mehr.&#10;Allgemein gilt es höchstens die Anzahl der Shopsystem-Integrationen zu nennen, wobei eine Integrationen der 3 gängigsten Shopsysteme vorhanden ist.&#10;Der Funktionsumfang ist nach der Erweiterung für unseren Gebrauch bestens ausreichend.  In Individualfällen mag es vielleicht noch Wünsche in Sachen Funktionsumfang und Benutzerfreundlichkeit geben,  diese halte ich aber für sehr selten.

> Insgsesamt kann ich eine Zusammenarbeit mit melibo nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Vorteile sind eindeutig, der Preis ist vollkommen gerechtfertigt und die Nachteile sind bei den meisten Unternehmen nicht vorhanden.&#10;Alles in allem wirklich ein Top-Produkt mit Top-Betreuung.
