We have our own individually assigned representative who we can reach out to whenever we have questions or concerns. Our rep has been fantastic. She is quick to respond, goes above and beyond to offer help, and is so wonderful to interact with. I know that if I ever have any issues I can reach out to our Rep and she is on it. I am so grateful for the personalized care and attention that we receive\! > > **Cons**: One of my old cons would have been not having any sort of check-in feature - but AH has taken this in stride and recently created this as part of their software. I think one issue I have found a few times is that the parent who registers their child for camp or program is sometimes erased from that camper's profile - and the secondary parent is the only one who appears. We had worked with ActivityHero ten years ago when their product was purely a camp listing service, and were among their launch clients for implementation of online enrollment functionality. We selected ActivityHero from three competing platforms primarily due to the seamless functionality of the platform. Other solutions we looked at were originally developed for activities other than day camp registration and enrollment management, and it showed.
