Working with the Convictional team is a positive experience as well because they really do want to make sure the platform is the best it can be and are very responsive to feedback > > **Cons**: Not super intuitive, can be a bit tedious to update products or stay on top of changes after initial product sync (specifically images and prices), and lacking key features like importing and exporting or reporting > > I think dropship is the way of future ecomm and it allows companies to offer more to their customers.
