> ProMOS production offers various reports, data grouping and filters that allow the analysis of data by period, module, cell, machine, scale, shift, operator, and leader, among other possibilities. You can always export the data to excel. Below is a list of the main reports in the ProMOS production module:
- General Production Report, shown next to it, generates a huge amount of KPIs, in chart and table format.
- Production Reports – Three reports with numerous filter possibilities and data groupings, each displaying a distinct group of indicators and calculations that allow a clear comparison between modules, cells, machines, shifts, scales, etc.
- Stop Report - In this report the data is displayed in three distinct groupings.
- Stops per machine and stop type.
- Detailing all stops per machine, time and comments entered by the operator.
- Top downtime stops.
- Production History, reports that show all occurrences in the 24 hours of the day of each controlled equipment.

ProMOS maintenance modules allow control of corrective and preventive maintenance, corrective scans are recorded as maintenance labels and can be corrected autonomously by the machine operator himself or by the technician responsible. The preventive maintenance module allows the creation of routine operations such as inspections, cleaning and lubrication.

ProMOS corrective maintenance module allows the organization of maintenance labels, created from the TPM methodology of industrial management. By methodology, the labels must be fixed from the problem. With ProMOS, these labels are registered directly in the system, allowing the control of open and resolved labels by period, machine, type, operator, type of defect and other several options. 

Promos' preventive maintenance module controls recurring operations in all areas of the company. They are usually inspection, cleaning and lubrication tasks that are performed at predefined frequencies. The system allows the creation of inspection routes and dynamic assignment of routes to inspectors. Through the various reports you can obtain the relationship of the tasks performed and percentage of compliance.

ProMOS security module allows each employee to record their safety observations directly in the system, leaving the work security team the necessary analysis and actions.

ProMOS safety observations are used to check unsafe locations and situations. It allows verification of failures such as occurrence of unsafe behaviors, in the use of PPE's, occurrence of unsafe acts by employees and third parties and existence of working conditions inseguras.Com this module, the task of recording observations is assigned to all employees of the company and not only to the work safety team. Employees can record a note of something occurring in compliance with standards or out of compliance (OK and NOK records). These records can be viewed immediately by the work safety team and throughout the company through the various reports in the system. Reports can be filtered by period, place of occurrence, issuer employee, employee company noted, category, and behavior, among several other options. The reports display the records grouped by category, behavior, and sender user, displaying the number of congratulatory records and notes to improve.

ProMOS contains several modules aimed at organizing information industrials. The Logbook replaces the book usually written manually and kept close to production lines and equipment, and action plans organize pending issues of any nature.
