Support was delayed or not helpful, we felt a huge burden was placed to us to "explain" how the software was behaving differently from what they could replicate. > > Poor, the company and it's leaders were very rude, unhelpful, and resorted to hostile communication with us when we attempted to address critical failures within the software. We were often told it was our fault, or that it was not within the limits of their software. The EMR was also ridiculously unstable, constantly giving "slow network" messages which were not in any way connected to our actual network.
