> **Pros**: In over 6 years of use I can only think of 1 or 2 times the software has gone offline.  It is very stable and easy to use.

> **Cons**: Support at times can be hard to get a hold of.  Most support techs are knowledgeable but I have run across a couple that knew less than we did about the product.

> I would have not issue with continuing to use Embed at this point in time.
