> **Pros**: The Value for Money with RoomMaster is exceptional. Unlike some of the major cloud based competitors that nickel and dime you for every module, RoomMaster feels like a complete package right out of the box. You get a robust property management system, booking engine, and channel manager features without breaking the bank, which is huge for our bottom line.&#10;&#10;Ease of Use is another strong point. The interface is straightforward and logical, meaning I can train a new front desk agent in a couple of shifts rather than weeks. The Customer Support team at InnQuest has been a lifeline for us. They are available 24/7 and actually understand hotel operations, not just software, so they get why a problem is urgent when you have a lobby full of guests.&#10;&#10;Regarding Staff Management, while it is not a traditional time clock, the user audit trails and shift balancing features provide excellent accountability. I can easily track who performed what action and when, which essentially functions as a performance tracker and ensures cash handling is secure during shift changes.

> **Cons**: The interface, while functional, can look a bit dated compared to some of the newer web native platforms. It has a very "Windows" feel that might not dazzle you visually, even if it works perfectly. Also, customizing some of the deeper financial reports can be a little rigid; you sometimes have to export to Excel to get the data exactly how you want it if the standard reports do not fit your specific need.

The system is easy to use once you get the hang of it, and the support team is outstanding\!\! whenever I call, they answer right away and resolve issues quickly. The onboarding process was smooth, and the training resources made it easy to adapt.

> **Cons**: The design feels a bit outdated and sometimes not very intuitive, which can slow things down a little. But overall, it still works fine and gets the job done.

> **Pros**: It's fairly easy to use, but you should have official training to make sure you set it up correctly and use it correctly. Their support staff is very knowledgeable and you can talk to an American within 24 hours of your request, and really it's usually within an hour if not immediately. Their yielding section/function is set up nicely and works well.

> **Cons**: It lacks robust features and reporting. I want to know on this date last year what the occupancy was for 2 weeks from now, but that doesn't exist. I want to know ADR for Groups and our Groups department said that they have to track this separate from roomMaster because their system doesn't produce that info (I haven't investigate this yet for myself. When you contact them to ask about reporting they say "Just build whatever you want in SQL." That is a specific computer language and I am not a computer programmer, don't know anyone who can code SQL and I am not interested in learning how to be a computer programmers. I'll leave that to the experts. They limit the number of times you can speak to support per year before they start charging for each email/call. They are forcing everyone who uses their online booking engine for their website to switch to their new product iQ-WebBook which charges a percentage and can get pretty expensive.

> **Pros**: Easy to use it. The training hours are not as long as the other applications. Also, the reports are easy to navigate.

> **Cons**: Sometimes when there is an issue on payment, it takes many days to get fixed.&#10;That slows down the batch system for our management company.

> It is good with exception on issues on payment taking too long to be resolved.&#10;The system mis easy to navigate and almost self explanatory.

> **Pros**: Being able to administer it in any location. Room moves are simple (though be careful about the dates, as it is easy to accidentally move the booking to the side.) The 'Reports,' are great and very flexible, as is the 'End of Day Plus.' It's very easy to have an overall view of the bookings you have coming.

> **Cons**: Many features that we hoped would have re-appeared from our original Welcome system are still not available on RoomMaster, such as being able to 'Move \&amp; Consolidate' billing items, so there is just one line of for example, Accommodation/Room Charges. One cannot easily move multiple charges from room to room or folio to folio without moving everything. It takes 5 clicks to print an invoice\! Even when already in the invoice. The toolbar just pops out from the side when you least want it. If yoiu want to modify which Folio you need the charges to go to, yoiu have to go into the timeline and do it for every day, unless it is a group booking.
