> **Pros**: LogMeIn Rescue is one of the must have software if remotely connecting to computers is part of your things. Haven't deployed it from Scratch, but as far as using it to Support Customers is concerned, I think it is one of the easiest software to use.

> **Cons**: The cost alone should drive you away from this product.  Use RemotePC, Google Remote Desktop or one of the many other products out there.  They don't charge you an arm and a leg for something as basic as remote access.  LogMeIn's pricing model is predatory and unfair to say the least.
