It's an easy and quick solution for smaller businesses or projects. If you have multiple projects also makes it easy to organize all of their contacts in the same platform. Easily works anywhere/on any platform, is beautifully simple and can be used to substitute the ugly widgets of chats like JivoChat, because Boei gives you a great freedom to customize. You can easily customize it however you want, even add CSS etc. and the best part is that the developer keeps updating and adding features to the tool. For the future I would love to see more several themes/designs/templates for how the boei links appear on the page, maybe one where the links appear as icon bubbles (with the same design as the Boei bubble) that stack on top of boei. > > **Cons**: It would be nice if when you setup only one link per boei button, it would open this link automatically (since there are not more links to choose from, requiring multiple clicks from the user is irrelevant/more friction).
