> **Pros**: Astalty has been by far the best case noting system I've used. It's simple, intuitive and doesn't feel overwhelming. I love that it stores all of my client information in one place and the templates automatically pre-fill participant details, which saves a huge amount of time.&#10;&#10;One of my favourite features is the copy and paste function. Whether I'm completing referral forms, progress reports or other NDIS documents, I don't have to keep manually typing the same client information over and over. If there's an NDIS template available in Astalty, I can complete it directly in the system. If I'm using an external form, I can quickly copy the information across. It has made my workflow much more efficient.&#10;&#10;I also like that it calculates my billable hours and keeps my client list organised, making it much easier to manage my workload.

> **Cons**: My only real criticism is the pricing structure. There is quite a big jump between the free plan and the $64 per month subscription.&#10;&#10;I don't use the Xero invoicing features, but I still need the client management, case notes, templates and billable hours tracking. It would be great to see a mid-tier subscription for sole traders or smaller businesses that don't need the full accounting features but are happy to pay for the core case management tools.&#10;&#10;It would also be fantastic to see integrations with other accounting platforms like HNRY and MYOB. Many sole traders use these instead of Xero, and being able to generate or sync invoices directly would save a lot of time and reduce the need to manually recreate invoices in another system.&#10;&#10;Other than that, I haven't had any major issues.

As an NDIS Support Coordinator, I spend a lot of time writing case notes, completing referrals and preparing reports, and Astalty has made those tasks much faster and easier.&#10;&#10;The system is straightforward to learn, reliable, and clearly designed with service providers in mind. I would definitely recommend it to other Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches looking for an efficient case management system.

> **Pros**: ASTALTY has been relatively straightforward to learn. It also comes with training video's and slides that take you through every process step-by-step.

> **Cons**: Funding Periods and including this into templates for Schedule of Supports. Currently you have include this information in the budget to get it to auto generate into your document. &#10;Reporting - needs some attention so you can customise what data you are needing to capture. &#10;Budget monitoring - currently it only monitors the default charge correctly and often this doesn't reflect available funding still making it easy to over spend with the funding periods in place. &#10;Price - It would be good to be able to pick and choose the features you needs and leave out the rest. &#10;Templates and Forms - there aren't may built into the system already so you have to create everything from scratch. It would be good to see actual risk assessment, support plans etc built directly into the system instead of form generating. &#10;The risks section - doesn't hit the mark for actual risk assessment. &#10;Compliance - It would be great to see this built into the platform so you had a dedicated space to upload all policies and procedures and have them marked as read for your staff.

> **Pros**: Astalty is extremely user-friendly and has saved me a significant amount of time in my role. I love being able to quickly copy and paste client information into referral forms, which makes completing paperwork much more efficient. The shared contacts feature is excellent because contacts can be linked across multiple clients, so you don't have to repeatedly enter the same information. This is a huge improvement over ShiftCare, which I previously used. I also really like the ability to create templates for frequently used documents and emails, which streamlines my workflow even further. Overall, it has made my day-to-day work much faster and more organised.

> **Cons**: Only thing I've come across is when I go to the plan manager on a clients page, it takes me out of the client and I have to go back in. If i could copy and paste while in the clients profile that would be a plus.
