While this may be “legally” valid, it clearly reflects a lack of customer focus and disregard for users’ actual intentions and communications. Such practices may follow the letter of the law but certainly fail the test of ethics. With so many customer-friendly alternatives available today, I strongly advise against using EnsoAI for anyone in property management or hospitality.
