> **Pros**: I use OptiPro ERP on a regular basis. We manage our production using the software. Scheduling is simple, and the control of BOMs makes tracking, reporting on, and managing inventory simple when you set it up properly. The opportunities as to how customizable your arsenal is are seemingly endless.

> **Cons**: The learning curve is a little difficult to handle upfront, but I feel you would get the same thing with any new software system you would implement that is going to handle and manage your entire company.

> The post Go-Live support we've received from OptiPro's consulting team has been fantastic. They are quick to address tickets and are genuinely interested in supporting your team. I deal with them directly when issues arise, and I can only say great things about their team.

> **Pros**: The ability to see journal entry impact before posting transactions avoids mistakes before they can occur.So many different functional processes in a single system is very convenient.The messaging function to give alerts to others about open transactions which may need approval and/or other actions taken.

> **Cons**: The Production Order transaction process is not very intuitive.  It has taken a few walkthroughs to understand the flow.Serial number field character limitation created need for custom field in order to accommodate our longer product scanned serial numbers.

> Overall OptiPro is a huge improvement over what we had (Quickbooks Online).  We have been able to eliminate other unnecessary software applications by integrating other groups into using OptiPro.
