> VisitLog is on-premise visitor management software suitable for small, midsize, and large enterprises. Core features include visitor registration, badge printing, email and SMS notifications, reporting and visitor pre-registration.&#10;&#10;&#10;The VisitLog kiosk function tracks visitor check-ins and check-outs, as well as the number of guests in the building. Other features include a customizable welcome screen, emergency evacuation lists, parking management and reporting functions.&#10;&#10;&#10;Administrators and managers can set user permissions for their staff. > **Pros**: Very easy to use and straight forward to setup. The confidentiality over a pen and paper setup, where any visitor could read through all previous visitors is of high priority to us and our guests. Visitlog gets away from that by not making visible to unauthorised persons all our visitor history.

> **Cons**: The purposes for which we use the software, all of our needs are met and we do not have any negative experience in the time that we have been using it.

> For our orginisation this replaced a pen and paper system for recording visitors and with an un-manned reception desk, provided a notification system and allowed any visitor to book in and be promptly seen.&#10;Having Visitlog means that visitors are no longer left in reception not knowing how to get in touch with the person the are there to visit, or left unattended

> **Pros**: It is easy to use for the customer, saves time to contact visitor host and it is reliable with few issues.

> **Cons**: It was a little difficult and time consuming to setup all functions to work the way we wanted.

> When it's all setup it saves time to connect the visitor with the host, give them the right information before the visit, shows information about the visitor in case of emergency to get the out quickly and easy to administrate remote for example with pre-booking visitors.
