It initially required some adjustments compared to other form vendors in the industry. It took a day to learn their workflow, and it's easy once you get the hang of it. They definitely have the security locked in. They have options where your forms can be encrypted, HIPAA, etc. I would say Formaloo is definitely worth the money compared to others. The user interface is coming along great, and you can tell that they truly listen to their clients. If you have bugs or issues, you can simply submit a support request, and they respond in a timely fashion. Which was a breath of fresh air, if you know what I mean. > > **Cons**: At times, some of the bugs when creating your forms can be a little overwhelming. Especially when you're in a groove and the design process is going well, a bug jumps up and gets in the way, lol.
