Teachers were forgetting to tell me about phone calls. Parents would forget their tour times and dates. Follow up was not even a thing\! Now we have a link on our website that takes you straight to a form that goes into ChildCareCRM. That allows us to received leads even when we are closed\! Drip campaigns handle our follow up\! We can see who has received our communications and opened them.
