> **Pros**: Loved the insights gained from the overall people data to spot trends in behaviours and traits and values,  equally, the actionable overviews of each individual's strengths and gaps, and how these compare in context to each other. The tool provided a great framework and common language to refer to, and the suggested questions for each trait were also very helpful. Once the team is done with a few ongoing iterations, there is some real magic the upcoming easy to use personalised scorecards tailored to each interview stage and role\!

> **Cons**: The tool still has a few tweaks to simplify various user flows and make them more actionable. Especially on the interview guide side. The raw material is there, and the team is working hard on creating one page views of the critical interview material for assessments.

> We collaborated intensely on a series of content and user flows improvements and it was a great learning experience on both sides\! The team was always wonderfully responsive and adaptive to our needs. Would happily recommend them to anyone asking for an easy team and talent assessment tool.

> **Pros**: There were two features that I really appreciated. First was the team analysis. It was very thorough and showed what personalities do we have and what our team strengths and gaps are. Also what values do we have and where they align between team members and where not. We were able to analyse all team members separately and that gave us a lot of insight. Also the result were amazing - these were things we maybe didn't admit to ourselves but looking at the graphs we all had this warm feeling of recognition. The results felt really true. The second feature I appreciated was the interview guide. It gave us tools to have really in-depth conversations with the candidates. Due to that, we found out a lot of things we usually didn't and we could choose a lot better. Also the questions were really smart and took into account our teams specialities.

> **Cons**: The app is very intuitive and really hard to find anything negative. It's quite expensive but we have managed to save a lot on recruiting due to hiring the right people. So it is worth it.

> We have a small executive team and every member needs to excel, be effective and also fell comfortable and fit to the team. We used to pick good candidates (or at least we thought we did) taking into account their skills, experience and the gut feeling we had during the interviews. But in time after hiring we realised that some of the values and personalities didn't match with the rest of the team. So we needed to restart the process. With Wisnio our hiring is so much more thorough and we have been able to evaluate quite accurately if the candidate will fit to the team or not. As a result we have been also to hire a really good high performing team.

> **Cons**: Honestly it is alot of work to set up for each client, very time consuming. Our client partner with us to take on the heavy-lifting required to find and assess talent, it is not always easy to gain their buy-in when it comes to having them complete their profiles. We also seem to have alot of feedback from clients not receiving the email to complete the assessment.

> **Pros**: As an Executive Search boutique, this has given us an "easy to use" tool kit that is akin to those the bigger SKREK type firms are using. It is a strong tool to help bring clarity and data points when selecting candidates, all of which helps when working hard to dilute the effect of bias in the recruitment process.

> **Cons**: If you are new to psychometrics in general, it takes a moment to work out how you are going to talk through the results with candidates and clients. This caused a little nervousness early on in our adoption, however that was only short term and more our own issues than that of Wisnio's.
> 
> The platform is growing and developing. The most enjoyable bit has been both selling the concept to clients (who are nearly always interested to hear more) but also, working with the team at Wisnio who are very responsive, happy to try and accommodate and fun.

> **Pros**: We use Wisnio for team development and it is based on very solid, well researched tools, which gives us confidence in it's reliability and validity.  It's easy for our clients to use which is important.  Also Wisnio presents the data in a transparent and attractive way, which means our clients are much more likely to engage with it. It works really well in the browser and we have had great responses from our clients who have used Wisnio with us.

> **Cons**: One additional feature would be if the competency section could be based on peer feedback.  I think the team is working on this for the future.
