> **Cons**: Pour l’utilisation, je  n'ai pas identifié de point faible juste peut être pour les extractions des données des sessions qui ne sortent pas en format Excel ou qui demande de la mise en forme sur Excel.

> **Cons**: La synthèse des sessions n'est pas assez poussée, il faut prévoir de télécharger les données par session et non par personne connectée à la session

> La création ou duplication de session est très facile, c'est presque un jeu, les collaborateurs ou apprenants ce prennent au jeu et les sessions sont de suite plus captivantes.
