> **Pros**: SMART hub has a great product but the team behind the product is what really makes it shine. They helped mold their service to my company's needs and we have drastically improved our productivity and expenses. The interface is incredibly intuitive and requires very little time to master, which is not always the case in the field they are in.

> **Cons**: The only feature that we truly want that isn't available would be a way to get around "pre-purchase authorization requests" but this isn't a SMART hub problem uniquely.
