> **Pros**: Man kann mit wenigen Klicks einen Schulungsstand zu einzelnen Dokumenten oder Mitarbeitern generieren.
Über Orgstruktur kann gut geregelt werden wer welchen Schulungsstand sieht und Aufgaben umgverteilen kann.
Qualifkationshistorie und Qualifikationsmatrix sind für Auswertungen gut geeignet.

> **Cons**: - Man kann keinen Excel- Auszug generieren, in dem der Qualifikationsstand der Mitarbeiter als Zahl dargestellt wird. Da der Schulungsstand bei uns ein KPI ist würde das die Auswertung deutlich erleichern. Aktuell müssen wir das für jeden Mitarbeiter händisch übertragen
- wir würden gerne nicht regulierte Dokumente verschulen 
- wir würden gerne bei den freien Themenschulungen das zu verschulende Dokument mit anhängen
- wir würden gerne bei einzelnen Personen Nachschulungen von Dokumnten durchführen (z.B. al Maßnahme zu einer Abweichung), ohne davor den Nachweis zu entziehen

> Nachdem man eine Schulung erhalten hat, findet man sich gut in dem Modul zurecht. Die Oberfläche ist übersichtlich und benutzerfreundlich.
Das Hilfemenü ist hilfrich, könnte für das MQM Modul aber noch etwas ausführlicher sein.
