Since I have managed Payhawk I have managed to have an order in my expenses that helps me not to forget pending invoices and to be able to have a better visualization of all daily expenses in real time on a single platform so as not to disperse the information and have control of invoices , accounts payable and receipts.

Cons

I like everything, however the customer service can take a while to respond, that's the only thing wrong.

Pros

the flexibility on limits, the control of spending, the organization of documents, and their support team. I feel that this will grow and the sky is the limit.

we are still setting up the automation of posting in our accounts software. the initial registration with some employees by not receiving the email and some went to junk mail. but once set all was good.

- Layout of expenses is quite unclear, you can not easily see what team made what purchase- When adjusting one of the information (categorization) fields this has directly impact on all previous purchases as well. This makes the impact of adjusting quite high. It would be nice if you for example could point out that the information fields such as selecting the date from when you would like to see it change in stead of for the whole administration- The info fields sometimes just change or get empty while typing- Even when adding suppliers to the list of suppliers it still adjust every-time you add a new purchase from the same supplier. When you are thus not focussed on adjusting this you end up with a great amount of supplier accounts for the same supplier (for example 5 versions of the a realtor supplier)- I feel that the interface of the company expenses is quite hectic. A lot of information is displayed but not the information you might want to see there. It would for example be nice if you could adjust the selected fields you see instead of only being able to see the note added and category

What I like most about Payhawk Is that it easily automates my spending invoicing, and Bill pay. Payhawk Has an easy to use user intervals. It is easy to learn, and teach new users to learn , how to use everything neede To streamline daily tasks in my company . I like that multiple languages are available, making it easy to communicate with everyone easily.

Cons

There is not a feature about hawks that I like the least. It could be easier to find FAQs that are commonly asked.

It's a tool that has a lot of potential with many ease features. The interface is user friendly and the virtual payment methods are a lifesaver!

The integration with Exact has not been flawless and there is no real monthly expense reports per employee that can be generated. Each and every expense is separate and that makes it confusing.

The product is very easy to use. The integration with NetSuite is a game changer for us. It couldn't be easier for employees to upload their receipts. They are constantly releasing new features to ensure they provide the best product for customers.

Its hard to think of any as new feature updates have solved previous weaknesses. The only con is that you can only have credit cards with Payhawk US and debit cards are not supported.

What I liked the most is the simplicity and efficiency of its platform. It is really easy to use and has allowed me to manage my company's expenses in a much more agile and organized way. In addition, the automation of the processes has been a real improvement in my day to day, saving me time and effort. I also highlight the complete vision of spending that the group control panel offers, which has helped me to have greater control of cash flow.

What I liked least was the cost of the platform. Although I understand that this is a quality and advanced solution, the price can be quite high for smaller or growing companies.

The time it took to solve my login problem - it took 3 days to gain access to my account. I needed access as my company had added a pre-paid card to use as I'm currently abroad on a business trip. I was told my case had been escalated with high priority but the solving time was too long. I had to use my own funds to cover my trip over the last few days which was in inconvenience.

Really easy to use. Our guys on the road were up and running with minimal training because it was so intuitive. The ability to have virtual cards means that new starters aren't having to submit expense claims any more.

I would like to be able to make transfers internationally to all countries. There are some invoices from certain countries for which I have to use a regular bank to pay the invoice that is already in Payhawk. If Payhawk opens the possibility of sending the money directly from Payhawk worldwide it would be great.

It saves a lot of time and effort when it comes to managing our finances and processing our month end. Payhawk also encourages employees to submit their receipts, saving us time from chasing them. Throughout our experience, we have not come across any problems or issues when it comes to making payments through Payhawk. The entire process has been smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to easily settle invoices and manage our finances efficiently. Overall, our experience with Payhawk has been outstanding and we highly recommend them.
