It has all you need to run a smooth rentals business, starting from accepting applications to managing move in/move out processes, to keep track of the rent payments. In addition, their chat is very helpful to solve any issue you might have. I was really worried about managing the rentals considering the expensive software in the market but then I discovered Renter Insight. Definitely recommend Renter Insight for medium and smaller landlords\! Pricing is quite low compared to the big boys like Buildium, AppFolio, DoordLoop, etc. who have high minimum buy ins. > > **Cons**: None.
